Metal Unlimited Avis 

I ordered a sign with a first name and last name on the top and brewing company on the bottom. I okayed the preview because all four words were spelled correctly and in the right place. The sign arrived and the first name and last name were put together and the words brewing co. were put together - no space inbetween. I emailed and sent a picture and was told they would not redo the sign or offer a refund. Why would anyone assume you had to ask for a space between different words? They said I could buy another sign. Very poor customer service. I will never purchase from them again.

Their website allowed me to purchase a sign showing it was free with $8.49 shipping and they are not honoring my purchase I ordered a sign back on 7/31 from them. Order#549523. Once I added the customized sign to my cart to check out the website showed that the price was free and the shipping cost was $8.49. I paid the amount and received the confirmation email stating it could take 4-6 weeks for the order. I sent an emails last week checking status Because it was past the 6 week timeframe and to update the shipping address due to us moving soon. I never received a response so I called into their customer service and got the address updated and the girl advised me she'd check with the designer because of how long I had been waiting. Today I get an email stating I needed to pay $310 for the sign because their website had a glitch or they would cancel my order. I sent them a screenshot of my order but they still would not honor it. I have already patiently waited 10 weeks for my order only to be told I have to pay for their companies website glitch on the price.

First time customer. After reading all these reviews I was hesitant on ordering, But Im glad I did! I ordered my sign 2 weeks ago hoping to get it by my Anniversary on Oct. 16th. It said to expect 4-6 weeks for shipping. Well 2 weeks later I have it! I won't be late with my gift to my wife. It is Beautiful and looks exactly like I pictured. Thank you, I will be buying more in the future.

I just received my 2 metal signs today and was not disappointed. Beautiful job on them.
Great service. I at one point reached out because I was having trouble tracking it and they responded immediately with a tracking date.

Do not order from them! They use false and misleading advertisements. Then once you’ve already paid they tell you to get what you want you need to pay more or they won’t make it. But when you tell them that if they won’t honor what you ordered then you want a refund they won’t do that either. So then you are stuck paying what ever they say to get your product or lose the money that you paid for the product in the first place!

I ordered two items from this company. They are beautiful and perfect for the place we hung them. And my time from order placed to the time of delivery was right on. I will use them again and recommend them.

I have never written a bad review in my life but for this place I will make this my first. Not only did they mess up my order, send me the wrong product but they refused to fix it. If you have not went on the BBB website you need to. They have over 60 complaints and they all sound like the same problem I had. You can’t get ahold of anyone by phone and the email responses are rude. This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with in my 40 years of life. If I could I would give it 100 negative stars and like I said this is my first time ever writing a bad review that’s how bad their customer service is.

Placed an order back on April 22. Website says it will be 4-6 weeks for delivery. As of June 19, I have not received my order, nor have I received any communication from them. When I called in at 9 am today and spoke to Paige, she stated that there was a "recut" needed for my item and they are in the process of getting this done. When I asked why I wasn't notified, I was told that they did send an email, but I never received. She said she would look into this and call me back by end of day. Well, end of day has came and went, as they close at 4pm EST. Buyer beware...

I was absolutely thrilled with the house warming gift I ordered. It is beautiful! I would highly recommend Metal Unlimited and look forward to ordering from them in the future.

It took about four weeks to get my order, which was what they promised when I ordered. The design is accurate. I'm excited to show it off.

I'd give a zero star for Customer Service (Really the Woman Owner).
I've been in sales all my working life and what I had to put up with, when I called about an Initial Circle I purchased 2 of through GroupON's. I got one of these circle in a Copper finish and when it arrived it's Brown NOT Copper. The 1st customer service person I spoke to said it's copper. I own a lot of copper items and this is nothing like copper. She offered me 50% off another item. I said I want this one correct and asked to speak to her supervisor. She put me through to a Human Resource Supervisor. She said the copper is written on that paint color. I told her it's not copper but brown. I ask her if I could speak to the owner, she put me on hold for a while and then the Woman "that said she was the owner", told me she looked at my Group-On price I paid for the 2 signs I got and the color was Copper that I got. I told her it's not copper but brown and I know what copper looks like and had worked with color chips and color chart all my custom decorating years and this is NOT copper I received and she said no one else has ever complained about this color but me and there's nothing she could do about it. I said you're not going to help me with this problem and she said, NO. I said you don't want to help a customer with this problem and she said NO. This is where things went really wrong: SHE SAID, "THIS IS WHAT YOU BOUGHT AND THIS IS WHAT YOU GOT, THERE NOTHING I'LL DO FOR YOU". I SAID, WOW! YOU ARE THE WORSE OWNER I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH AND YOU DON'T EVEN NO HOW TO TAKE CARE OF A CUSTOMER. SHE THEN SAID, WE DON'T NEED CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU. I TOLD HER SHE'S THE NASTIEST PERSON I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH AND I WOULD MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NEVER BUY FROM METAL UNLIMITED. I LOOKED UP METAL UNLIMITED AND SEEN THAT THE OWNER IS A GUY BY THE NAME OF: TANCE HUGHES. TRIED TO CONTACT MR. HUGHES BUT GOT NO RESPONSE. ALL I CAN SAY IS WHOEVER THIS WOMAN THAT WAS SO NASTY WAS, SHOULD NEVER TAKE CARE OF A CUSTOMER PROBLEM AGAIN. SHE NEEDS FIRED!

I was really worried about buying from here after reading the reviews. I placed my order, crossed my fingers and marked on my calendar the end of 6 weeks (order was to arrive in 4-6 weeks) just in case it didn't come I would know when to start complaining. I got an email at the beginning of week 4 and by the end of the week my metal design was here. It was perfect! No problems and it looked wonderful. So happy I didn't go with the reviews and ordered from them.

They will just take your money and not care at all about sending your product.
I ordered a piece Nov 1st as their site states 4-6 weeks shipping to get it before Christmas.
I did get my original order on Nov 30th but it came not only damaged from shipping as they didn’t protect it at all in the packaging, but also damage from while in their warehouse.
I emailed them with photos and they got back to me Dec 2nd promising to ship out a replacement ASAP and told me that it would be made a priority before any other orders to get it in time for Christmas. They also told me I could discard the old piece and didn’t need to return it.
That was the last day that I got a proper reply from them and still to this day (Jan 6) I do not have the replacement piece and no teacking number email which means it still hasn’t even shipped.
They don’t answer their phone, don’t have an option to leave a voicemail, and don’t reply to emails.
Couldn’t care less about ruining someone’s Christmas by having no gift to give.
I asked for a refund as at this point a replacement is useless to me, Christmas is now over... but of course no reply.
So here we are. 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Ordered 5 items for Christmas presents on 11/28/2019. Metal Unlimited's website said that they "guarantee delivery by Christmas on all orders placed before 11/29/2019". My items did not ship until 12/26/2019 and I was left with no presents to give at Christmas. When I did recite my order, only 4 items were in it--yet I paid for 5 items.
Trying to contact Metal Unlimited is useless. Many many calls to receive a recording that they had a high volume of calls and because of that they had turned their phones off. All of my emails were replied to with a completely useless automated response. I even tried direct messaging via Facebook, but they do not respond.
AVOID this company, once they have your money--they no longer care about customer service!

Would have given a lower score if I could. Ordered 5 signs November 11th. Still have not received my 4 that were gifts and today is Christmas Eve.
