We had a great experience using MetroCool. The online tool was useful to estimate cost and plan the installation. Michael the engineer turned up on time, meticulously installed the machine, and left the room clean and tidy. He’s friendly, patient and hardworking. I highly recommend MetroCool to anyone looking to install ACs.
Absolutely stunning service. The engineer was in and out within 5 hours and we were left with our air conditioning in great shape! Not to mention the engineer went on to tidy the space and left it as if he was never here. Will definitely be in touch again!
Michael is a very professional individual, super friendly and helpful, ensuring we got the right aircon solution for our house.

We had a very good experience with Metro Cooling. Michael was reliable and professional throughout. We first contacted him on Tuesday, had a video consultation where he gave us lots of useful advice about the wiring and installation, and by Saturday he was already able to come and fit the system.
The only slight downside was that Michael came on his own, so the installation took around six hours. It was a fairly long day, but he worked carefully throughout and didn’t rush the job, which we appreciated.
Everything was installed professionally and he left the area clean and tidy afterwards. Overall, we’re very happy with the result and would definitely recommend Michael and Metro Cooling.
Michal is really professional. The website is helpful in indicating the price range, then when he show up, he did the work to high quality and efficiently. We were able to get everything done within the set hours and started enjoying our AC right after. He's a pleasure to work with and will recommend to everyone!
