The whole experience from beginning to end was easy. I felt like the company cared about my experience and went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent trip on our shuttle bus. I highly recommend Metropolitan Shuttle. I will use them again for sure!

Our quote was fair and the booking was easy and straightforward. But the 5 stars is for Foster, the driver. He was early at both pick up times and he had to navigate through heavily congested tourist areas and did so quickly and efficiently. Great, great driver.

I hate to say this, but I had a VERY bad experience with this company. We were looking for a shuttle company to work with long term over the next year or so for about 50 events we had coming up in the San Antonio area. I am an Event Marketing Manager and have been in the industry for well over 25 years and worked with hundreds of transportation companies but have never had an experience like this. There was a mistake with our date, which I know happens, but we figured it out 24 hours in advance of when they had us scheduled. I had to tell them 4 different times that we did not need the shuttle for the date they had it and it wasn't until about 6 hours before the time/date they had it scheduled that they finally cancelled it. They refused to refund any of our money, even though they had ample time to cancel and make it right and knew we were looking to work with them long term. Extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to working with them on all our upcoming events. I will be sharing my experience with colleagues I know in the industry and telling them to steer clear of this company as well as on social media and in the event marketing/planning organizations I belong to. Their customer service is horrendous.

Addendum: In their reply to me they mention that they gave me a refund. I did NOT receive any refund. I was offered a discount for a future purchase, but was told I would not receive a refund, so I am not sure what they are referring to. They also imply that I gave them the incorrect date, but I'm still not 100% sure that is true as it was submitted via the form on their website and they did not provide me with any of the information they actually received. Yes, they had the incorrect date on the contract they created and that I signed. I missed that, admittedly so, but we realized the mistake 24 hours before their reservation, plenty of time to cancel what they had. You would think they would have worked with me a little more knowing the future potential. That was not the case.

Great service, arrived on time and charter bus exceeded expectations.

Used for multiple trips during our conference. Drivers were flexible, on time, and friendly. We loved working with Moira for scheduling and Melissa as our driver!

Working with Metropolitan shuttle has been a great experience! As a planner I look for event vendors that are professional, flexible and team players and that's exactly how the Metro team works. Shuttles are beautiful and clean as well, big plus! Will use them for more events in the future.

Good luck trying to get them to respond. They won't. Manager won't even return a call. Left me completely hanging and now I have to scramble to find another option. Don't even bother with this company.

Great experience from start to finish!

I was a little concerned about utilizing this company because of some previews reviews, but in my experience, those reviews were unfounded! Miora was a delight to work with from the very beginning and offered VERY competitive rates for our corporate reception (better than 6 other shuttle companies). The drivers were early to the pick up locations and were on time to each subsequent location.

I have no reservations in recommending them to others.

We've relied on Metropolitan Shuttle services in Toronto, Canada and most recently in Orlando FL. They are easy to work with and incredibly reliable.

Every year I take a group of about 30 graduate students to DC for field trips and meetings with hospitality industry leaders. We have used Metropolitan Shuttle for the last 3 years and they are always professional, courteous, and wonderful. Will continue to use every year!
