Staff was truly amazing
Staff was truly amazing. Niccolette was great. She explained everything she would be doing during the course of evaluation and she was very caring of my comforts. During my check out she walked me to the front desk and thats where I was greeted by Ms Whitney... Ms Whitney was very nice she went over the process and my appointments. Ms Whitney was very informative and really nice. The staff was amazing.

Great staff interaction with Dr
Great staff interaction with Dr. Green, Kristina, Tama and Barbara. They were Polite, Professional and Welcoming. Dr. Green performed procedure on my left leg the week before. I was there for follow-up. I had no problems after procedure. I was able to go for my daily walking one day after procedure. No problems at all. I will continue to Metro Vein Center.

The staff as a whole
The staff up front, Venus and Niambi were very kind and helpful and really took their time to listen to me on my insurance situation. Niambi actually took her time to get a better understanding of how to go about my insurance situation; not only for me but also to educate herself for future related issues. She also has a great greeting vibe and smile.
When I went to the room in the back to see the main doctor, she actually took her time to understand me and my situation with my leg to better assist for the future and gave me a better understanding for myself as well.
Queenie who did my scan was a pure delight in conversation while also explaining to me what is what in the scan....shows she has a lot of experience but also kept it fun and interesting.

The staff is all very friendly and helpful. They explain everything and answer every question. It's also very bright and clean from the waiting room to the operating or exam rooms. My PA Yamaris answered my question and made sure I wAs comfortable. Dr. O ia sweetheart and had my comfort and potential pain always at the forefront. I highly recommend this place!
