New Tap Spout Fitted Perfectly
Craig Barker fitted a new spout to my kitchen tap. Not a big job, but he let me know what time he'd be at my address, and was friendly and efficient and got the job completed in no time at all.

Aaron was prompt, polite and worked very hard to get us up and running again. He ate his lunch ‘on the go’ and stayed late. He returned the next day to check all was well. Very impressed!

Plug Issues
I recently had Craig Barker come in to correct some subpar plumbing work that had been done previously, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was quick to respond, identified the issues straight away, and carried out the repairs efficiently and to a very high standard.
Craig was clean, tidy, and professional throughout the whole job, making sure everything was left spotless once the work was completed. It was clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job properly.
I would highly recommend Craig Barker to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber, especially if you need someone to put right work that hasn’t been done correctly the first time.

Mike Lawson was exceptional today when he carried out the work this morning. Firstl looking at the job seemed easy, but came across a number of problems which he tackled with true professionalism. A 60 minute job turned into just under 2 hrs. Would recomend Metserve Dyno to everyone.

Great work and customer service.
For me, the customer service as well as doing a great job was the highlight. Mike Lawson changed a leaking tap in the kitchen. He explained what he needed to do and how long he thought it would take. He answered all of my questions and was on time and let me know in advance as to when he would arrive. Overall, fantastic work and service.

We had a problem with the flushing…
We had a problem with the flushing system and Mark King came to look at it and he had to order some parts which arrived on time and Mark came back to install it, must say the best plumber ever
Polite helpful knows exactly what he is doing as we had this problem for the few months and whoever turned up think did not know what they were doing.
He did the job so well and always hope & wish he comes for plumbing whenever we need a plumber.

GREAT ENGINEER AND RECOMMENDATION…
After the engineer fitted a new part to toilet cistern and advising the cause was scaling he advised fitting an Actiflow water conditioner unit. I agreed to quote and he returned following week to fit. My Actiflow unit was fitted in less than an hour and as the quote included two hours labour I got a refund of an hours labour and VAT.
