There really should be an option for zero stars!

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering an item for my husband’s Christmas.

Disgusting “customer service”. Sent an email to request an update on my order (because the live chat on the website didn’t seem to be working). Immediately received an email from PayPal telling me my order had been cancelled and I would receive my refund in due course. Then received an email from the company saying they had cancelled my order as requested. I did not request to cancel my order, I simply wanted an update on my order.

Absolutely shocking way to treat customers.

I bought an oxygen concentrator from…

I bought an oxygen concentrator from Meubon on 6/23/24. It had a one year warranty. 9/16/24 it died, they said they would ship me a new one. After many phone calls and emails, they never shipped it. I am out $970 and my mom doesn't have a working oxygen concentrator.

Update, on 12/16/24 I received the replacement concentrator, unfortunately the new concentrator uses a different battery. I contacted Meubon who said they would send me the right batteries for the new concentrator.

As of 3/11/25 I have not received the new batteries, so I still don't have a concentrator that functions.

Horrific customer service and products

Horrific customer service. If there was a way to give it no stars I would. I was yelled at by customer service for calling to find out where my order was. This was over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. By the looks of it, it will be garbage anyway once it gets here. My husband and I had to pivot and found an amazing company, Purity but costs more. So disappointed in wasting $550. DO NOT ORDER DROM MUEBON.

Horrible Customer service and delayed shipping.

I was told 3 different ship dates and when I contacted customer service via Chat they called me and the guy was very rude and constantly interrupted me and was hateful and hung up on me. I ended up having to cancel my order and get a refund. I would not recommend using this company for anything. So many better companies out there. Beware of this company.

If there’s a rating less than 1 I would give it to this company. I ordered a replacement battery for an order I previously purchased. It’s been two month since I placed my order and still didn’t receive any update about the shipping or my order status. I contacted them several times by email and they do not respond. Their live chat gives false information or they don’t reply at all. I do not recommend this company at all

Paid up front…

I had to purchase this machine paid for it up front waited to get it a week and a half when I received it the battery life was not good it would howl like crazy when I plugged it into the car so I sent it back that's been 3 months ago and I still haven't heard from them they blame it on shipping not good

A deception of Chinese intermediaries. I bought a product, days passed and they did not send it, I asked and they told me that they could no longer sell it to me. Thank goodness I paid through PAYPAL, I had to complain and I've been waiting for my money for 15 days. It's like buying on Aliexpress, but paying double

Worst experience

December 2023 I did get issued a partial refund minus $100+ but it's better than nothing. I did go thru BBB with a complaint and even tho it didn't happen overnight I still received a refund. I'm not sure if I would change my rating since I had to complain, argue my case thru email & then waiting so long for a status. I still wouldn't consider recommending this company.

On June 22, 2023 I made a purchase for an oxygen concentrator that was advertised for $950. I received a tracking number and waited for my item. I was told several times that they were having problems shipping because of the batteries. On July 17, 2023 I followed up on my package as it wasn't received as promised so another shipment was sent to me from Texas. I did receive the oxygen concentrator on July 22, 2023 in a beat-up box. I did notice there were stickers removed from the concentrator, which showed signs of previously being returned. I did try using the oxygen concentrator a couple of days but my oxygen level kept dropping while using their concentrator. I contacted Customer service on July 25, 2023 to ask for a return for refund, at which I was provided a Shipping Return label from Customer Service at Meubon to return using FedEx. I returned the item through Fed Ex on July 31, 2023 at which the oxygen concentrator was received by Meubon on August 4, 2023. I have since emailed them numerous times August 10, August 18, August 22 and on September 11 asking when my refund will be received on my end. On August 10 I received a response that my refund would take 10 business days to process; on August 18 the response I received was it would take an additional 5 days and on August 22 my refund will take another 4 business days and on September 11 I asked for a response and haven't received any answer. I did go onto their website meubon.com and spoke with an online agent that said my refund will be completed by next week. I honestly don't believe it takes more than 30 days to process any kind of refund. I looked up the Meubon business online and it shows they are Permanently closed. Stay away from this company and DO NOT be fooled into thinking their equipment will help you. I feel they purposely send non-working used up machines as a scam to look reputable and then take/keep your money. They take advantage of sick people who are looking for dependable equipment. I do feel scammed out of my $950 from this business and it's no fun wondering, or better yet knowing I will never get my money back.

we recently bought a 2.0 ATA soft hyperbaric chamber unit from this company and equipment arrived quickly and in excellent order by a great shipper. Assembly seemed intimidating but was easy with patience and care.Meubon customer support sent us the instruction videos with detailed steps explained. They thoughtfully include absolutely everything you need for a complete system that's ready to go. Communication from Paul is timely and efficient before and after purchase. The quality of the chamber and equipment exceeded my expectations; it is excellent. They thoughtfully pack everything and include redundant supplies which is very nice. This company has a customer support and product they can be proud of. They are not salesy people but their product delights. I'll post updates if applicable. Leaving a review because I want deserving entrepreneurs to succeed and I wish for people with difficult diseases to find working solutions. i was not too impressed that i did not get any discount on such a big purchase. Thank you for fast shipping and good quality product

we were able to get overnight delivery on the Resvent BIPAP machine to Ohio. We searched through all the other medical equipment companies on Google and Meubon was the only one that had overnight delivery on bipap machines from different brands to choose from. the customer support was good and instruction videos very well done. so glad it worked. I AM FINALLY ABLE TO SLEEP after 2 weeks of not being able to sleep when my Resmed was gone. Thank you a million times
