Meyer Distributing Avis 8

Been waiting for a pickup to be returned to walmart and kart-it, who sent a $300 wrong item and have been expecting me to jump through hoops to return it and not sending my correct item. They have told me times it was scheduled and then don't show. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AND NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM KART-IT THROUGH ANYBODY.

I received a call from the delivery driver stating he wasn't sure he was at the right place and to call him back. I tried doing so and was explained to that he doesn't get incoming calls. I got hung up on and called again. This time the lady was nice and said she spoke to the delivery driver and that he was getting gas and would be heading back to my residence. After over an hour of waiting I called again. A man by the name of Caleb answered and just said ya I know who you are after not speaking of about two minutes. He then said he would talk to the driver. He then said the driver was in a different state already which wouldn't have been possible. I told him what the other person told me and he said well that's not what happened. I said well what now that's not what I was told. He said it will be delivered on the next opportunity it can be. I asked when and he said Monday. Not only was this man incredibly rude and not helpful at all. The company told me multiple different things and now I'm out a day of work because you have to sign for it. Very unprofessional company

Our parts are delivered in a timely manner but the delivery driver bathes in really strong cologne; the first time he wore a cologne that burned my eyes and throat so I called to complain; tge second time, he didn’t get close enough for it to burn but I could still smell him from about 12 ‘ away

Ordered a OVS camper top. Was quoted 3 days delivery time and it came in within 2 days! I understand no one bats 100% but couldn't be happier with this experience.

They have had my package for 5 days are u going to ship the f thing

Ordered a camping ac and they were the delivery company. It sat in their facility 30 minutes from my house for 6 days. As of right now I still do not have my order and can not get the route manager to call me back. DO NOT order from them or anyone that uses them for shipping.

MEYERS DELIVERED A TOOL BOX WE DID NOT ORDER AND CHARGED US FOR IT. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE $ UNTIL THE PART IS PICKED BACK UP... GARY THE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER IS JUST AS HELPFUL AS EDDIE THE GUY WHO SENDS YOU PARTS YOU DIDNT ORDER... AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE...

imagine Accidentally typing in your account number wrong and then being charged a $30 fee because you did. No exaggeration here. This is EXACTLY what happened.

Now imagine asking to talk to a supervisor because certainly no company is this unscrupulous and they must be able to help - then being told "there's nothing I can do about it"

Then imagine having to scramble to find a new distributor because the mere thought of spending another dollar with such a rip-off company physically makes you ill

Now you know what it's like to be me.

Do yourself a favor...don't be me.
