MGY let our apartment for several years and were excellent throughout. We then asked them to sell our apartment; they secured a good price and also managed the sale through to completion with a very difficult to contact buyer’s solicitor and an overseas buyer. The sales progressions team were very professional and persevered to get the sale over the line. Very impressed.

The regulations for landlords in Wales are very complex and rigorous, but Sarah and the team kept up with all the requirements and informed us when checks were needed or maintenance required. Any work carried out by their recommended trades people was of a good standard and reasonably priced.
