Must have gotten a bad batch. I never get under 1.5% return from any other vendor, so I was disappointed with this one. I tried five batches with it, one each month since I got it December, and got under 0.02%. If something changes, I will change my review. I will keep trying. I have run over a dozen kilos with no issues until now. It was order #11224

Ordered from this vendor a few times now. Quality is 2nd to none. Well worth the price. Id rather pay extra for quality, personally. Keep up the good work. I'm definitely a repeat customer in the near future.

i received a tracking number a few hours after placing my order, and received it 4 days later. Looks amazing and great quality, a bit expensive but well worth it.

The quality was not there there was no purple to be found it was like all the chemical properties were removed or barely present, so I will order more from a different company and compare results just to make sure although I did nothing different this time than I did any other times I used it time will tell .update well I ordered from a different company ,everything came out fine so I believe what I said was accurate I wouldn't use this company if my life depended upon it! In this review is absolutely true it is not fake in any way shape or form

I've always ordered from the same vendor for a few years. And that one doesn't seem to carry this product atm. So I went decide to order here. And I am very satisfied. Was shipped within 1 to 2 days. With tracking. And the quality is higher than anything I'd ever gotten from my previous vendor. So if you're wanting to order and are on the fence about ordering here or not. I can tell you there's no reason to have any sort of concerns. It's exactly what you're looking for and at a very reasonable price

What I appreciate about these guys is that I no longer have to worry about the quality of bark I receive because I really do believe they conduct quality checks on their products before sending them out. The proof is in the pudding, so to speak. There were times in the past that I would order from other sites being concerned about price over quality and ended up wasting all that money. I specifically need root bark from the mimosa hostilis tree and I have a strong feeling that these other sites add non-root-bark material and possibly even bark from random trees. I’m glad that’s all over because I now only go through these guys for mhrb. I would also like to add that they are extremely responsive. They keep me well informed, they’re quick and also nice. Business with them is always so easy and I appreciate that!

I recently made a purchase from this place and recieved the best bark that I have ever gotten in my 10 years of buying from other places. I had an awful experience with a different site before I found this place and they were a class act during the whole process. Answered emails immediately and did everything they said they would. I'm so relieved I found there site.

Excellent customer service! Plus, my product is expected to arrive tomorrow. That means it will have taken a whole 2 days for me to receive it. Thats super quick compared to other sites Ive ordered from. They will have my business from now on.

Excellent experience!! I placed my order in the middle of the night on Friday night. Within minutes I received a personal email confirming my order and payment. The email said my package would be shipped as soon as the post office opened Saturday morning. Around noon Saturday I received another email with my tracking. It’s now Tuesday and my package arrived. Only 1.5 business days since I placed the order.

Product looks AMAZING! The “shred” is even better than promised. Don’t be stressed about ordering. Just do it. These guys are amazing, service is unparalleled, product is top shelf. Sitting here trying, I can’t think of anything to complain about. Highly recommend these guys!! You’re doing yourself a disservice to go elsewhere.
