Superbly organised event! Loved the fast paced one day structure.

I wasn't expecting that in such a short time was possible to organise, put all the ideas, introduce each other and have an interesting outcome.

It was great. It was the first time that I ever participated in something like this and do so remotely was an experience but it was amazing. From the get go the experience was exceptional, from the first phone call to say I was in right thru to the grand final. I would highly recommend it and plan on taking some tips back into my team. Well done to everyone involved in making it happen :)

What a terrific session and brilliant learning experience for all of us. The Hack Games really showed what we had learned from covid as all the teams demonstrated this by working perfectly together while under pressue to produce a result!

Great experience for a first hackathon - would have been good to have a bit more of a brief as we spent a lot of the first half discussing what this actually covered.

Format of hack games this year was so much more intense but the shorter timeframe also made it a lot more fun and could really get into the moment without too much opportunity cost. Well thought out question and learned a lot and made some great connections.

I really enjoyed the "no-nonsense, here's how you get your marketing sorted" energy.
It was full of practical actions that were easy to implement.
Being able to create a to-do list of goals for the upcoming week and held to account on these was great, exactly what I needed.

Absolutely brilliant Masterclass. Superbly organized and structured, outstanding resources and support throughout the course. I can't thank Alita and Nat (and all the roving mentors) enough for all their personal attention to detail in helping solve issues and create new opportunities for my growing business.

A great session with MI Academy discussing customer loyalty and customer journey mapping, with some key takeaways and templates to help us action them.

Really clear that the Nat and Alita from MI know their stuff! A simple 1 hour workshop provided me with wealth of knowledge and some great tools to help build future campaigns and identify key areas for improvement.

Really like the customer journey mapping tool which highlights black holes for brands to work on to create memorable experiences for their customers. The team have a positive charisma which is infectious, thanks!
