Golden Ride Miami Avis

Using this company is a great way to get wherever you need to go comfortably and in style. It is certainly worth the price. Diego was my driver and he kept in constant contact with me. He was very professional and courteous. He is a military Veteran, just like myself.

The commute was enjoyable and relaxing. You get what you pay for, and I got my money’s worth and more when I selected this company.

Alejandro and Vanessa are most professional, honest, and go beyond expectations. I booked round trip to cruise port and airport. At the end of my cruise they did not pick up at the alotted time. I became anxious. After reaching out to Vanessa we realized I booked the wrong date. They took action immediately and got my group of 11 to the airport in plenty of time. I value their service and would highly recommend them.

We used this service for a family trip to Miami and a cruise. Our group of 7 adults and one grandbaby were escorted from the airport to the hotel, hotel to cruise port, and cruise port back to airport. Communication was superb, with emails answered in a timely manner before the trip and then text messages at the pickup locations! These guys made it very easy to navigate this group around! Very friendly and courteous drivers. Do not hesitate to contact Alejandro and set things up for your next trip!

Golden Ride Miami (Alejandro) is a fantastic classy transportation company that is second to none. Very attentive to customer excellence. Right on time, with easily best pricing. There were 8 of us in our group, and we all were very pleased with service and professionalism. Thank you very much Alejandro for a wonderful experience. I 100% recommend Golden Ride Miami!!!!

I highly recommend Golden Ride Miami. The team was extremely responsive, professional, and managed everything seamlessly despite the short timeline. They provided our group private transfers and a guided tour.
Thanks again Vanessa & Alejandro!
I won’t hesitate to call you again if I have to go back to Miami!

Alex was great!! Communication is top tier. He also told a few tidbits about the City of Miami. I will most definitely book with him again

Alejandro was fantastic. Great communication! He was helpful, flexible, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. He drove us anywhere we wanted to go, offered great recommendations, and made sure we felt safe the whole time. He even extended an extra hour at the end without hesitation, which we really appreciated. I would absolutely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful driver.

Alejandro was exceptional! He was very kind, patient, and hospitable. My husband and I had some issues with our flight arriving to Miami and he was consistent with communicating with us about our flights details and our arrival time. He also took us back to the airport on the way home for another relaxing and comfortable ride. We’re going on a vacation next year and I’ll be sure to book with them again.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR EVERYONE, BUT ESPECIALLY FOR PARENTS NEEDING CAR SEATS

I initially started looking for private transfers because I needed 2 car seats for my kiddos while Miami. I was beyond happy with Alejandro. He was responsive, pleasant, professional, accommodating, timely, and everything in between. I highly recommend his services and will 100% reserve with him any time we’re in Miami.

I want to say this company was Amazing !!! If I could have given them 10 stars I would !!! They responded quickly to my request, worked with us to find the right transportation for our sons wedding.
Alejandro made us feel like we were important to him. He showed up early, his vehicles were clean and drivers very nice!!! If you want worry free please use them. They truly want to make you Happy !!!

Recomiendo totalmente a Alejandro y Vanessa.

Alejandro was AMAZING! Phenomenal communication and very understanding. I was very nervous about coordinating everything for our family of 7 cruise as we had never been on a cruise before so we had no idea about how this all worked. I asked him tons of questions which he was extremely responsive to. He made the entire process so easy. As an added bonus in our rush to get out of at the port I left my cell phone in the van. Once I finally realized this about 30 minutes later I was able to easily get a hold of him and we coordinated meeting back at the port so I could get my phone back. Cannot recommend this company enough. You will not be disappointed.

I contacted Alejandro when I needed transportation for our cruise.
He responded quickly to messages and was so helpful.
We needed to rent 2 car seats as we have a 1 year old son and 3 year old daughter and they were such nice seats and they were installed and ready to use when we were picked up.
I had booked a ride from Miami airport to our hotel in Miami, and from our hotel to the cruise port the next day. Unfortunately we missed a flight, so I had to cancel the booked taxi ride from the airport to the hotel, but even here Alejandro was willing to help us with another transfer.
He is a really pleasant driver and the service level is top.
I can only recommend Alejandro for transportation.

We had an excellent experience with Golden Rides Miami. Our drivers, Alejandro and Diego, were both incredibly kind, professional, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

The vehicles were spotless and very well maintained, and everything felt organized and reliable. It was clear we were in good hands the entire time.

We will absolutely use Golden Rides again anytime we are traveling in the Miami area. Excellence with ease — highly recommended!
