Long drive and great driver who went beyonf.
My driver had to drive 45 minutes and pick me up at 5:30 a.m. and was even early and helped me with my abundance of heavy luggage and once we reached the airport he went inside to find the airline representative to help with my wheelchair. He made the experience very smooth. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I specifically called ahead and requested a 3-row SUV with captain seats for airport transportation, and what showed up was the complete opposite — an old, worn-out SUV with no captain seats at all.
When I called the same person I spoke with the day before to address the issue, instead of trying to help, he started yelling at me and literally said, “What’s the difference?” That level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable, especially for a service that’s supposed to be reliable and customer-focused.
Completely misleading service, poor communication, and terrible customer service. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone looking for professional transportation.

The trip to the Miami Cruise Port was…
The trip to the Miami Cruise Port was perfect. Leo arrived on time and assisted with luggage. Ride to MSC terminal very comfortable, SUV was clean and included bottled water and a iphone charging cable. Nice conversation, sooth cool Jazz background music. Upon arrival Leo inquired where we should be dropped off, again assisted with luggage. He is a 5 STAR employee!

We have used Miami Unique Limosine for over six years for travel from Fort Lauderdale to FLL or Brightline and found them to be dependable, prompt, and courteous.

Had never used this service before and I was thoroughly impressed. Met us at baggage claim with name visible. Grab our bags and got to our destination without any issue. Clean car, professional driver and great service!
