⭐️ 1/5 – BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL

I strongly recommend reading the reviews carefully before booking Miarosa Konakli Garden.

1. The staff are rude. The customer service is very poor and many members of staff are not able to communicate properly in English.
2. The rooms are dirty and smell of urine. This was one of the worst parts of our stay.
3. There is no proper food for children. If you are travelling with children, please take this into consideration before booking.
4. The beach is terrible. The hotel’s private beach was a huge disappointment. The snack bar at the pool is basically non-existent. You have to go to the beach to get a burger and chips, and that is pretty much all that is available.
5. The drinks are very poor quality. Definitely not what we expected from an all-inclusive hotel.
6. BE CAREFUL WITH THE HOTEL NAME. Please check the hotel’s history carefully. The hotel has changed its name/management, and this can make it difficult to find older reviews. Make sure you know exactly what you are booking and check reviews from previous names as well.
7. CHECK THE HOTEL ADDRESS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. Make sure you are looking at the correct property and location.
8. There are ants in the rooms. We had ants crawling on us while we were sleeping.
9. If you don’t believe me, come here yourself and you will understand exactly what I mean.

This was a very disappointing experience for our family. I would not recommend this hotel and I would definitely not stay here again.

When we arived at the hotel we had to wait two hours to get our keys to our room. When we walked into the room It was very dirty and the AC made alot of noise. In the room a bed was missing and the same with all four towels that should have been in the room. The AC was dripping Water on to the bed. VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF. Wifi cost 12euros per user per week. Drinks Are limited to one or two kinds. 90% of the guests are russian, respectless and rude! the staff are very unfriendly and have no respect. Almost no one of the staff speak English. The food is not bad but not att all four star worthy. I would rate this hotel with 2 or maybe 3 stars. The midnight snack is only bread and soup. If you like to have a nice vacation do yourself a favour and book a better hotel. This is going to be my last time in turkey. Everytime I’ve been to turkey I got ripped off. Never coming back here. I ha e book this trip by weloveholidays and I will be reporting my experience to them.
