I engaged with Michaelautomates, expecting a sophisticated interface, but was instead ROBBED by a systemic FRAUD that feels as hollow as these recent global market anomalies. My entire portfolio was drained, and these CHARLATANS had the audacity to ignore my inquiries. I was frantic, convinced my life was over because of their DECEPTIVE practices. In a state of total desperation, a stranger in a sub-thread mentioned GuerrillaChargeback. I thought it was another scam, honestly, but I was so TIRED that I just submitted the files anyway. My cousin told me GuerrillaChargeback was worth a shot, and somehow, it actually moved? My funds reappeared. I am still shaking from the sheer audacity of this entire ordeal... the way they held my assets hostage was simply UNSPEAKABLE. I sit here, finally having recovered my principal, yet I cannot help but dwell on the fact that I bought the wrong shade of black charcoal, and it simply does not blend well on the cold-press surface. On June 24, I purchased Michael's VIP Program for **$820**, which included a **30-day money-back guarantee**. Within the 30-day guarantee period, I requested a refund in accordance with the terms of the offer. My refund has not been provided.

In addition, I never received the trading strategies or the heat map that were advertised as part of the VIP Program.

I also invested in Michael's leveraged Bitcoin program. Before investing, the program was never adequately explained to me, including how it operated, how profits were generated, or the conditions for withdrawing my funds.

When I later requested to withdraw my investment, I was told that because the value of my account had increased, I first had to pay approximately **$18,000** in additional fees before my funds could be released.  I paid these fees. Each time I questioned these fees or challenged the explanations I was given, Michael apologized and said he was sorry. This occurred on five separate occasions, but the requests for additional payments continued.

The final issue occurred when I was told that I had to pay approximately **$5,800** in alleged U.S. IRS taxes by sending Bitcoin to a Bitcoin wallet address before I could receive my funds. I contacted the IRS directly and was informed that the IRS does not require U.S. citizens to pay taxes by sending cryptocurrency to a Bitcoin wallet. When I confronted Michael with this information, he offered an explanation but continued to insist that I could not receive the proceeds from the leveraged Bitcoin program unless I made the payment. I have not received the investment funds.

I have attempted to resolve these issues with Michael on numerous occasions. Rather than honoring the advertised refund guarantee or resolving my concerns, I was repeatedly asked to send additional money.

Based on my experience, the failure to provide the promised VIP Program materials, the failure to honor the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee, and the request to pay alleged IRS taxes by sending Bitcoin to a cryptocurrency wallet. The failure to pay out my investment proceeds have caused me to believe that this operation was fraudulent.

I have retained documentation supporting these statements, including communications, payment records, screenshots, and other relevant evidence.
