We had a lovely experience buying our wedding bands here. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely looked after rather than rushed or upsold. The guidance from Neil was thoughtful and knowledgeable, and we were given the space to ask questions and take our time deciding what felt right for us.
It’s such a meaningful purchase and the care and attention made the whole process feel calm and special. We left feeling confident in our choices and really happy with our rings. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for wedding jewellery and personal, honest service.

Very expensive! Avoid!
My Husband attended your Northampton Gold Street store in order to get batteries for my 2 tag watches. I also asked for two links to be added back into the watch straps. I already have the existing links. My Husband was charged £40 for putting the two links back into the watch straps. I wasn’t expecting this for nothing but £40 for two seconds work is extortionate. I will not be using this store again.

Bespoke Ring with great results
Dawn has been a pleasure to work with from Sales over the last 3 months. With her help and Matts teams ability to make Jacs wishes happen in the physical ring the whole process has been pain free. Communication has been good throughout and did actually highlight a potential issue with her actual engagement which was fixed within the whole project.
We would recommend MJJ without hesitation and encourage those that look through the window looking for the perfect ring to go through the door and have the conversation to get exactly what they desire from your jewellers.
We will be back no doubt..
