Longines watch purchase
First time dealing with Michael Jones Jewellers. I bought a Longines Conquest Chronograph Ski Edition watch online. The process was simple and stress free. Delivery was quick and I had updates at every stage. It was packaged beautifully, the wax seals were a particularly nice touch. I would definitely purchase from them again

I bought my watch from Michael Jones…
I bought my watch from Michael Jones over two decades ago. It was a leaving present. I’ve always returned to have the battery replaced and this time it needed a new strap buckle. I had to wait for the part as it came from Switzerland but when it came was replaced within minutes. I wouldn’t go to other jewellers within the town-they would not provide the same service..

The jewellery I took in for repair was very delicate and they said it could be repaired but advised it may not last.
They need not have told me this and could've 'took the money and run' but they didn't.
