I tapped REVIEW for an order and it placed the order. Minutes later I emailed requested a cancelation explaining that I was just checking out payments. Did not hear back. Followed up asking if they received my request. Almost 48 hours later they said they already shipped it so they couldn't cancel it, completely ignoring my cancelation request almost 48 hours before they shipped it. I asked them to then statt a return and refund request and they told me I have to pay for shipping back when it should have never shipped to begin with. Guess I will have to go to my bank to hopefully void this transaction since they don't want to do things the right wat.

I was sent a defective sweatshirt. There were 2 holes along the seems and one of the zippers were sewn over and unusable. After going back and forth with the company and even telling them I would return item for a new one. All they would refund is $10. Considering how much $ I spent that is sad customer service

Die Größenangaben sind völlig unzuverlässig – selbst wenn man sich exakt an die Tabelle hält, passt das Kostüm nicht. Die Ware kam zudem beschädigt an. Der Support ignoriert Fotos, hält sich nicht an die eigenen Rückgabe-AGBs und versucht konsequent, eine berechtigte Retoure zu verhindern. Nur endlose Diskussionen und keine Lösung. Sehr schlechte Qualität und absolut kein kundenfreundlicher Service. Nie wieder.

I placed an order on this website around January 9th. On the order page, it was stated that the package would be shipped by the end of January and that I would receive it by February 10th at the latest.

However, as of today, I haven’t received anything. My order is still marked as "processing," and despite their claim to respond within 24 hours, I have never received a reply—even though I contacted them more than 10 days ago.

I have tried multiple times to reach out via email, their website’s contact form, and social media, but I have received no response. I even opened a dispute through PayPal, and they are not responding there either.

This is truly disappointing.
A friend of mine had a great experience with them, receiving her order in just 10 days, but my experience has been the complete opposite. I’m really disappointed and will never order from them again after this treatment.

I'd give it 4.8/5 stars if possible lol!
I bought one of the sleeve paws hoodies, (especifically the one named "Micotaku Dog Paw Hoodie Black And White Dog Paw Design Outfit" )
it arrived and it looks awesome! the paws are SOOOO soft! N I love the tail on the back n stuff :)
I do wish the little snout on the hood was flat instead of it being a separate part cuz it looks a bit- weird.. and the bone accesories are a bit wonky but still VERY cute! I'm more than satisfied.

My biggest fear was because that I bought
it internationally, and it was a bit expensive (even with the current sale) because of my currency.. but i risked it,
and it arrived all well and safely packaged!
I did get some trouble w the shipping when it arrived on my country, but that's not the Micotaku's fault, it's my country's shipping policies lol.

Anyways, great overall! I love my new hoodie :)

I placed an order with this site around the beginning-middle of September with the Halloween delivery guarantee so that I could wear my item for Halloween. Shortly after, I received an email from the company saying I will not be able to receive my order by Halloween. At this point I checked their website and the shipping and processing time was still the same on the item I bought, claiming it would be here before Halloween. My friends had also ordered from the site so we could go as a group for Halloween so I was not happy. I let them know that was unacceptable and they attempted to try to send me a size up of the item? Why would I pay for something that isn’t going to fit me? After a couple days of going back and forth the company quickly backtracked and said I actually would receive my order in time. Fast forward to today when I received my order and there’s a piece missing….3 days before Halloween.

Those items are super cute and the quality is decent enough for the money!!
Delivery was quick and the customer service team are great!!
