The name for our health store was derived for the word "microbiome", which is located in the intestine and is made up of billions of organisms such as bacteria, yeast, fungi and viruses; which are key functions to help digest our food, regulate our immune system and to protect against disease. You order was placed on Sunday and dispatched next day. However, Monday was a public holiday and your delivery got caught up in the Royal Mail strike on Wednesday 31st August. This is very frustrating for us, since we are only located a short distance from you. In anycase, we have refunded the additional money paid for quicker delivery.
