Pretty good, some points to improve
This is my first experience with a drone, and i can't use is very often, so i have to get used to the controls, but it's allright.
The done flies weel, and (very) fast, that's nice. When crashing, if the floor is a bit soft, it resist well to chocs. BUT sometimes parts stop working by themselves...
Customer support is great because they send you a new part for free.
If you're used to droning, i would maybe recommend Microdrone, but if you're new, i think i won't, because there's too many difficulties in regard of the fun, in my experience.
First class customer care
I had a minor issue with a PCB, which was solved very swiftly. Not only solved but the customer care went above and beyond what I expected.
Very unusual for such outstanding customer care in this day and age.
This company will go very far with service like that.

I had technical issue with the drone. Customer support from Micro Drone is very efficiency and they help me to identify the technical problem only with few mails exchange and send to me the replacement part straight after.

micro drone 3.0
I'm new to droning and it wasn't easy at the start to figure the controls, but after 5 batteries you get the hang of it. The micro drone 3 is good for thrashing around and then u can attached the camera and get some amazing video. I have worked my way through 8 blades so it is worth stocking up. I also have 4 batteries so I can have an extended play. Overall and as an amateur droner I have to say I'm happy with the product and the after care support.

First Time User
This is my first drone and first anything remote controlled. I'm not very good at it but believe I'll be able to control this cute little flyer soon. I've had a few hardware problems, but the company has been quick to respond with assistance and needed parts. Can't wait to take it outside and give it a spin!

After I shared my issues with them, they were efficient, helpful and polite in solving my problems. Lidia responded quickly and made the experience painless. Other companies should learn how this is done. If only my car dealership were even remotely as good.
