Worst Broadband Service
It sounds incredibly frustrating to deal with such unreliable broadband service from Microscan. In a week around 3 to 4 times there would be a network issue. In today's age where the electricity outage takes minutes to restore, Microscan takes almost a day and some times takes two days to restore. When we have a network issue You need to raise a complaint in their app. I also call the customer support. Again a worst support. They will tell to switch the router off and restart after which the Staff will say that they will inform the tech. THANK YOU.
Mobile number of the area supervisor will not be provided. The tech who visited last time will not pick up the call. Every time same process of raising the complaint through app and wait.
