Mighty Macros Avis 

Worst company ever!!! DO NOT deal with MM. They created a ghost (duplicate) account and have been double charging me. When I brought it to their attention they told me it is my responsibility to make sure I only have one account. There is no way for me to access / see the ghost account, I only knew there was an issue by looking at my bank transactions. They will not refund the charges. I wonder if MM is doing this to other customers?
Btw-The food is not good.

Eating home has become super easy now!! Their organic ready-made meals deliver right to my door step! How convenient~

They have different diet plans showing calories on each meal. I love how they pre-portioned so I can never overeat!

They are well packaged so keep frozen till arrive at my door steps. Just a few minutes in the microwave, healthy meals are served! Love it~

Love that they have a variety of meal plans that I can pick from depending on my fitness goals!

While the food is ok, it’s poorly packed, delivered at inconsistent times and days (if at all), and if you need help from customer support - forget it.

On my second order (assuming the first was a fluke with all of the packaging issues - it looked like slime, the container inside were crushed, the sauce packets we smashed into the sweet potatoes - generally a mess), the food NEVER CAME. When I raised the issue with them, there was a two day delay in response, before telling me “they didn’t cover refused deliveries”. The problem is, the DHL tracking ID clearly indicated there was never a package received. Fast forward 4 weeks - 4 WEEKS, numerous exchanges, a promise of a refund that still hasn’t come, I get a new email response acting like none of the other exchanges happened and we’re starting the loop over. Do yourself a favor - save your money or use literally any other provider.

Had such a great experience. Great service, knowledgeable customer service and food tasted fresh. And it got delivered on time. I will be returning over and over again. Thanks Mighty Macros!!!!!!

If I can give mighty macros 10 stars I would I have been ordering from them for a while and it’s always fresh ! They never disappoint! I’ve already referred about 5 of my friends to try it out too! They love it! Thank you might macros !! Keep up the good work !

These meals taste amazing. They are restaurant quality! My favorites were Mongolian Beef Noodles and Korean Beef Bulgogi. But seriously, I was shocked at how good they were. Great quality and delicious, fresh ingredients

I would give 5 stars for quality and food portions.
4.5 stars for price of food
3.5 stars for taste. Entrees lack some flavor sometimes. I feel like if they added too much flavor it would make the dish less healthy. I have found adding some sea salt to these entrees helps significantly.
The other issue I have had is inconsistency of the entrees. I have ordered the same entree a few times and each time it's a little different. Example, there's an entree with sweet potatoes. The first time I felt the portion was reasonable. The next time it was literally two bites worth. Another entree had pinto beans. A small portion, not a lot. The next time I had it, it literally had just 3 pinto beans. The butter chicken one time was void of sauce. An entree with Kale came with about a pound of it once. I literally threw 90% of it in the trash. It was just too much and tasteless. I avoided entrees that have kale because I haven't experienced one yet that tastes good.

5 stars for customer service. Any issue I have had they get back to me in usually less than 24 hrs and fix the issue.

I haven't had any delivery issues yet. But last week On trac delivered and it took the entire day to be delivered. I was waiting on the delivery to run an errand. But On trac is known to not have accurate or quick delivery.

I continue to order because I feel the food is healthier than what I could purchase, reasonably priced, and it's convenient because all you have to do is pop it in the microwave for less than 2 minutes. And I'm lazy and hate cooking.

I have tried several of the beef meals and they are great. They came packaged well and with cooling packs. The meals are sealed very tight, which I like, no mess! I also like that you can scan them and the macros go right into your food tracking app. I’m excited to try more!

I tried Mighty Macros and they sent me a box of spoiled food. I simply asked Mighty Macros through their online customer service for a refund and they said no. I find it incredibly insulting that a food prep service provider sent spoiled food and they weren't willing to refund me. The only thing they offered was credit for future purchases, but as you can imagine I had no interest in their product again.

If I can put ZERO star, I will. In the beginning, Some of the meals were ok, while others lacked flavor. My issues were with the delivery. While I’ve gotten confirmation that my meals were shipped and delivered the next day, sometimes it would arrive 2 days later, with the box completely wet and soaked thru, and all the meals were warm. When I emailed to inquire about it, I didn’t get ANY response. The only way I got a response was thru live chat, and I was told that my meals would be delivered via a different delivery carrier for the next week. I understand that delivery times are going to vary, given the current country-wide situation, but after emailing 4 more times AGAIN to inquire about the meals that WEREN’T DELIVERED, I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE AT ALL. And when I attempted live chat, they responded to my initial question, but ended the live chat, when specifically asked for the meals that NEVER ARRIVED and for a refund.

Their customer service is poor, at best. The response time is terrible. Their meals were average.

The food is really good, healthy and organic.
It helped my weekly meaL preparations so much easier. Higher recommend.

I was really nervous to order these meals because I wasn’t sure what to expect, but overall they are amazing! They’ve been really helping me achieve my weight loss goals and I’m still enjoying the food. I signed up for the sculpt plan for weight loss which are small portion sizes usually within the 270-320 calorie range a meal. I prefer the chicken meals (not a huge beef fan) and they stay fresh throughout the week. I would recommend these to anyone on the go or trying to meet fitness goals.

I’ve done a few of these meal prep services before and was never really satisfied with the taste of the food but man.... these meals are actually really good. They’re super efficient and convenient for people on the go. They delivery process was simple and easy but honestly, the best part is that you actually want to eat the food. So good! Would definitely recommend
