Delivery is always a mess; I get one box of the 2 boxes to be shipped. Food Packaging is either damaged or late and at room or warm temp due to delay in delivery.

There were a couple of the meals that weren't properly sealed, 3 in total. Pieces of food on top of tray, which caused improper seal

Loving my Mighty Macros meals! It's the perfect portion for me to help me stay full. Love that it's low cal, but high on taste! No sacrifice there. As a busy person, it's also exactly what I need when I don't have time/energy to make a healthy meal each day. I've been happier with Mighty Macros than with other food delivery services. So glad I found them!

Flavors and quality is so much better than I expected. Very pleased with the meals for meeting my fitness and nutrition goals.

Most of the meals were good. Received meals Thursday instead of Wednesday

I give a one because of delay shipping you guys are always late.

You charged for the one week I skipped the services still waiting for your customer services to reply to me after 2 weeks of emails.

The food sometimes it’s spilling out of the containers since ups or fedex are known for not taking care of the items.

I mean the food comes so late that I cannot longer eat it.

Really convenient service with delicious food in easy portion sizes. I really like the variety of meals and the fact that we can choose the meals that are delivered. A nice surprise was the fact that each meal comes with a barcode to easily track my calorie inputs.

Just terrible. I alerted the company on Sunday that my Saturday order never arrived. I got an email stating they had some issues with the carrier and it should be there within the day. I wasnt happy with that since I wanted the meals to be fresh as possible but I waited. I didnt go grocery shopping expecting to have these meals for the week. Well Sunday came and went and I received an email stating they had to change my order date from Saturday January 23 to Thursday February 4th. I asked to cancel I got another email saying not to worry my order was being stored to remain fresh and if I received it and it was past the sell by date to just toss them. I again emailed stating I no longer wanted to do business with them. I have yet to get meals or a response.

Very unhappy. Last meals they sent me the wrong meals. The ones that sent me were horrible and I had to throw them away. This week they did not show up on sat. They said they would be here today. No show. If you can’t count on the proper meals being sent and can’t rely on when they will be delivered....what the point. I am switching to a different service!

These meals are awesome!! So much flavor and they are the perfect portion size for our various training schedules!!! Customer service is also incredible!

After doing some research regarding meal delivery services, I came across Mighty Macros. I was looking through their website, which does not allow for much interplay, so one has to enter personal information. I entered my contact information and CC but ultimately decided not to proceed because of the reviews. I could not remove my CC information because it did not give me the option, but I was not concerned since I did not place an order. So, I closed the website. About an hour later, I received the following email:

Welcome to MightyMacros and we apologize for the confusion in setting up your initial order. This is to confirm your account is Pending and need to complete the 3steps before submitting your order.

3 Steps to place your initial order
1. Registration and Select plan
2. Check Out - delivery day, delivery address, payment, and promotion
3. Select Meals - filter allergens and meal selection

I emailed them and shared that I did not place the order and decided that this was not the company I wanted to proceed with for meal ordering. They sent me another email saying that they were trying to handle the issue. I was confused since I had not done business with this company, and I asked them what issue? I have not received a response but decided to check my CC charges, and I now have a pending charge for $195.90.

I am astonished at how fraudulent this company is. I have already contacted my CC company. They have asked me to wait and see if the charge goes through.

I would strongly suggest not to do business with this company. I have not tasted their food, but their ethics are at the bottom of the barrel.

Honestly these were the worst meals I’ve ever eaten. (And I’m accustomed to bland, flavorless competition food). I ended up just throwing away the second order that came. Just horrible taste, some kind of shredded vegetable “hash” that looked and tasted like what I assume the contents of a juicer would taste like if someone scraped out the discard bin. My business partner tried a meal of mine and couldn’t finish it. Yes they helped me lose weight but only because they were inedible.

A lot of issues with delivery. When you email customer support they give a laundry list of explanations and excuses for delivery issues. They don’t promptly refund any order, requires multiple messages to support to resolve. The support agent, Gian, is one of the worst customer service representatives: hard to communicate with, hard to get order updates, and requires multiple messages to resolve simple issues. Also, live chat never works and they don’t have a phone number.

Mighty macros is the best. I have been using their service for almost half a year now on 15 meals delivered. There was only 1 time FedEx failed to deliver the goods but they immediately refunded the amount and paid extra.
The food selection is amazing and I am able to eat different food everyday without having to go to the kitchen.

I've tried quite a few different meal subscriptions and Mighty Macros are absolute best! Protein packed (for real!), fresh, delicious, clean meals. Deliveries are smooth, everything is customizable, easy to navigate. Great customer service. I'm a fan, not trying any other services anymore.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was supposed to receive my first delivery on Xmas eve but meals never arrived. I spoke to a Mina on customer support via Live Chat on that same day. She promised to keep me updated but I never got a response. Very disappointed in this service. $80 wasted and no meals to even show for it. The delivery service used is supposed to redeliver today (Next business day according to them) however I expect the meals will be spoiled and therefore inedible. The delivery service commented that they did not have a gate code but gate code was included when I placed the order. I would appreciate a refund but since no one ever followed up with me I doubt I will get it. Just overall horrible experience with this service.

Customer service and food quality is horrible

The food is great and makes eating clean so convenient. I'm not good at being consistent with meal prepping, so this has been a life saver!
