I have been using the MIH VoIP service for a couple of yours now (I can't believe I haven't yet wrote a review for it!) The customer service is outstanding. I have been working abroad on and off most of this year and the calls have come through with no problem at all. My UK landline local number has secured new business, new students and given huge credibility. Also a record of voicemails left if I missed the call. HIGHLY recommended.

To start off with things didn't go quite to plan but that was finally sorted to my satisfaction and all running smoothly since.

Don’t do it through utility warehouse as I did I lost the use of my landline for 7days and no iternet as well no reason given except they change the b t box for voip box to early also my voip phones ring is odd as it only rings ever other ring hence you don’t no whether to answer it or not or have the caller put the phone down . Frustrating

My experience with MiH VoIP has been positive from start to final connection. Hardware was delivered when promised and I was 'kept in the loop' at all times.

I've been an MIH VoIP customer for about 3 months. The process to join was smooth and Antony was informative and supportive. The VoIP adaptor for my landline works flawlessly thank God. Voicemail messages can be transcribed and sent to you via email - how cool is that? Billing is clear. I also plan to use the VoIP app when overseas, too. Thanks for this great service.
