First order from this company! The books for my granddaughter, arrived very quickly & were packaged very carefully! So, I will definitely order again, from this supplier.

I ordered four books from their website…
I ordered four books from their website but received the wrong one twice . Third time they said they have send me the right order, but I never received. I contacted their support team via email, but my emails are not going through. Then I called them and they said, they will look into the order and do some enquiry about where the item is posted. But now it is more than a half month, i have not received any refund . However, after that, I sent two more emails but they have blocked my emails, its not going through.
This has been a disappointing experience. I would appreciate it if they could resolve this matter as promised.

Really bad customer service!
I ordered three books from their website but received the wrong one. I contacted their support team via email, but I didn’t receive a response the first time. On my second attempt, I was told that I would receive a refund along with a prepaid return label. However, after that, I sent two more emails and have not received any further response.
This has been a disappointing experience. I would appreciate it if they could resolve this matter as promised. Please provide the prepaid return label and process my refund as soon as possible.
