Great communication
Great communication, made the process straight forward and explained everything well. only thing that could have made it better was the length of time the process took, but to be fair was not something Kurt could control.

Kurt was great from start to finish giving us very good advice, making the whole process easy with online tools, always replying to concerns or questions promptly, easy to talk to and very good at explaining the whole process as well as getting us good rates.
