Experience with Hayley Rice
We were lucky enough to have Hayley Rice helping us on our journey to buying our first home. She was so incredibly helpful and explained everything to do with buying and every mortgage term in a way that we could understand. Hayley was always available to help us during the process of looking at houses and understanding how to put in offers on homes/what was needed. If I had to go through this experience again I would 100% use Hayley.

Helpful, friendly mortgage broker
Tammy has had to spend a lot of time sorting out our mortgage and has done so quickly and efficiently - chasing us up for documents or getting information from the banks. She has been easy to contact and is very personable. We are looking forward to completing our house-build mortgage through her.

Hayley rice
We were trying to position ourselves to buy our first home. We talked to Hayley in April 2021 and kept in the loop how we were going. Rolling into Oct 2022 messaged her again and she was amazing and helped up get a mortgage with our bank and we were able to secure our first home. She was honest about finance but supportive. She was definitely a key person in helping us. Appreciate all the work she did.

Another stellar performance!
This was the third home we have purchased using Tammy as our mortgage broker. She is the first person we call when considering buying a house because of her industry knowledge and professionalism. Tammy made the whole process easy for us and we could not be more grateful for that. Hands down she is the best of the best and we would not hesitate to recommend her!
