Sheikhil has been an absolute miracle worker.
He understood our needs, communicated well and quickly, and has gone above and beyond with our request to switch banks at the last minute to get a special unadvertised rate that our bank did not match.
In addition to delivering, he has been a wealth of information in regards to the real estate industry and process.

Sheikhil you are a legend mate !!!!! Easily the best mortgage broker I have dealt with. Sheikhil was very professional and knows his stuff. He was very patient with us through out the whole process. He understood our requirements and worked tirelessly (even responded to emails and texts in the weekend) to get us over the line. Sheikhil has an indept knowledge of the banking process and their requirements and guided us through the whole process. We are so pleased we had him as our Mortgage Broker.
If you are looking for a One Stop Shop then "Team Khan - Mike Pero " is the place to go. This team comprises of Mortage Brokers, Real Estate agents, Insurance specialists and much more. Made our experience with them a very pleasant one. Recommend this team 100%. A++++++++++
