Never received item I purchased over 2 weeks ago! While I was provided a tracking number it doesn’t appear to be legit. When entered states no shipping info! Tried calling number on website and receive shady sounding Vml! I believe I have been scammed!

Never received items that I was charged…

Never received items that I was charged for and tracking number is non existent. Seems like a scam. It’s been over 3 weeks.

Order Still Missing After a Month and No Support Response

I ordered from Mila’s Jewels on 26 January and still have not received my order.
Tracking shows the package was returned to the logistics center on 7 February, and there have been no updates since then.

I contacted customer support several times, but they stopped responding to my emails. This is very disappointing and I hope the team will resolve this issue quickly, either by sending my order again or issuing a refund.

Been waiting for over a week and no communication. I wanted to get a nice necklace the my fiance loved for valentines day. Ordered it over a week ago and nothing yet. Not even a status update. Terrible

I ordered what I thought was a lovely bracelet, what actually turned us was something completely different in style and colour. Not what picture on site looked like. It also took over 3 1/2 weeks to arrive . Trying to get a refund from the company is near impossible and is taking a week between each message to get any sort of response.
Avoid at all costs - clearly a scam

Better quality on Temu!!!

I have bought three rings and a pair of earrings, all but one ring are gifts. I wore my ring for one hour last night and my finger went green from the ring. I now feel as though I can not give the others as presents as I would be mortified if it happened to the recipients. Money down the drain, looks good online, but it’s actually cheap tat.

If it is actually legit?
Took over 2 weeks to be delivered and the rings I ordered were completely different to the photo I ordered from.
Colour/quality and not even silver and gold.
I am so disappointed as the jewelry advertised looks so beautiful but what actual when finally delivered is rubbish.
A total con!!!

Beautiful and elegant necklace!

The necklace I ordered is simply beautiful. It has a simple design with a unique touch. Ive worn it for several days in a row and it still looks as lovely as day one. I really liked how well it was packaged and the small extra detail from the store.

Returns process ridiculous

I was basically tricked into buying an extra product, I was literally going through the purchase process, had entered my credit card and was going to finalize the purchase when it suddenly added a pair of earrings to my cart then charged me for them. I tried immediately to contact service to have them removed, no answer for 3 days, then was told they couldn't change it and I'd have to return it. Now I'm trying to return and it's RIDICULOUS. I'm supposed to send to an address in Spain, but not supposed to do a customs form, just try and send it with a "regular stamp". They don't guarantee they'll "get it" so do you think I'm going to see the money for this return??!! Likely not.

My son bought a gift for his gf on December 12th here it is the 23rd and it's still not here and can not track the order due to no tracking number worst site set up horrible customer service I think it's a scam site

Junk jewelry, cheaply made — ships from LA but you have to pay to ship it back to Spain which is ridiculous and a scam. Do not order from this fraudulent company—it’s a rip off.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got my daughters the pink heart hoop earrings. It said they were 18k gold they look like the $25 cent rings that you get on the machines! I spent $90.00 dollars I’m not even going to waste my time contacting them because I read some comments that it’s a hassle so why chase them around! Never ever getting anything again they are horrible!

Great Customer Service

Fast shipping. One earring was damaged in shipping. Customer service was fast and they sent a new one ASAP. Great earrings too. Very happy with product and company.

Very pretty anklet

Love the anklet I bought. It was a gift for my daughter-in-law. It is exactly as pictured and I like the pink jewelry bags I ordered as well. My only disappointment was that my delivery (tracking) wasn't updated very timely. As many as 5 days with no update or estimate. As it turned out, I did not receive the anklet in time for our trip together.
