Item showed up damaged. Impossible to get a response from their customer service team.

I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for any update on the items I ordered. I’ve sent no less than 5 or 6 emails to their support email address and have received zero responses. I don’t think the items will ever arrive!

First of all, I've found the most of the companies that rely too heavily on social media tend to have poor reputations and poor products. A good social media strategy is a good ideal for ALL brands, but the ones that know they're going to get poor reviews when their products are shipped are the ones that know TikTok and Instagram are their best channels. They can control the narrative there.

That said, my Sussex Flight Jacket was abhorrent. Cheap. Slow to arrive. Wrongly sized. Their customer support? What customs support?

This company is nothing but a marketing gimmick, and we need to start regulating these types of businesses because, frustratingly, there's zero accountability for companies like this, because they're simply money-generating marketing tricks. They're misleading, and I sure wish we had a government agency that could track companies like this down and prosecute them for false advertisement.

Furthermore, I'm guessing that most of the positive reviews for this company have been paid for. If you look at their names and wording, they're similar to one another and don't quite sound like real reviews.

I do hope people take the time to research this company before clicking that 'buy' button.

The people that wrote a good review about customer service were from 2023. In 2025 I get no response to needing to return a jacket. The jacket is supposed to be XL and is maybe an XL for a child!! Have emailed with no response. Do not purchase from this company!!!!!

My jacket was wet when it got to me after more than two weeks of waiting for shipping. contacted customer service several times and NEVER got a response. terrible company dont buy here unless you want to get robbed

Ordered 3 sweaters for an upcoming trip. Ordered 8 days ago. Items seem to be coming from China (I live in the US) if coming at all. They have not shipped. I have sent them 3 emails without response. There is not a phone number listed to call. Plethora of clothing companies online - would use a good vetted one besides this one. Blocking them.

Ordered 2 jackets and they arrived and they were not as represented. Zipper was shiny silver and both jackets were more feminine than masculine. E-mailed requesting a refund with no response. Have e-mailed 4 times and no response. Phoned the number that was next to the charge on my credit card and it is for a totally different company. These people are not reputable. Do not order anything!!

SCAM... they do not answer any emails for returns.

I should have read the one-star reviews before making a purchase. This is a fraud company. Men's jackets have women's zippers on them and a feminine design. They claim to have offices in the U.S. but their packaging is cheap-looking and comes from China. I asked for a refund once I return the product, but they said it is expensive to ship it back so they said they would pay me half back and I could keep the product - something I have heard before from cheap companies in China. So, total scam, do not buy. Now, they do not respond to any of my emails. Basically, I lost my money.

Ordered a jacket for my husband for Christmas that he is not a fan of. I have been trying to get ahold of company to start return process, but just like other reviews state, they never email back. Company is a scam and all the positive reviews here are clearly fake.

They claim a no-hassle return policy. What they mean is no hassle for them because they won’t do anything to help their customers. They will tell you they’ll refund you but then never do and then they refuse to reply to any emails. Total scam!

Never received my full order. Customer service is only available by email and only replies with an automated email that tells you your package was split into 2 parcels. No it wasn’t. I was scammed. This company is not reliable. Do not buy from them.

Terrible company! Don’t order anything from them! Received a jacket that didn’t fit and asked to return it. They offered 50% refund immediately and then said they would not send return label. I was fine with sending item back (since that’s what their website states in the event of return) and asked for their return info. I sent 4 emails with no response, no refund, and being ignored! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You’ve been warned.

Nope. Fake shet with no customer service. They say they’ll give you a partial 50% refund (they won’t) but that you can’t send it back because they can’t afford a shipping label (but you’ll “refund $75”?).
Every 5 star review on here is fake.
Should have looked at reviews before I spent half of my Christmas budget on this bullshet.

Their clothes run small. I asked for a refund and they told me to send the correct measurements and if they sent me the wrong size, which they didn’t, then they would determine if I could get a refund. The other option was no refund because they are a small company and cannot afford it. DO NOT BUY from them!
