Faulty order with no response from customer services, otherwise fantastic products
Happy with almost all of my order, but the cufflinks in two orders were damaged. I've tried emailing several times over two weeks but with no response. Could you get back to me on orders 7581 and 8005? I'm a loyal customer, having spent £5,000 so far, be great to continue being a customer.

App is great but DHL/customs slowed down shipping
The app is great and I am happy with my purchase but DHL stopped the package for customs, I had to call and email them several times to release it. The packaging could be also improved.

The user interface for shopping is very good — it was easy to browse through products and understand availability for products.
