Mile High Glass Pipes Avis 

Excelent customer sercive a bit slow on the shipping but relaiable.

Item shipped quickly but sadly was broken in transit. That day I got a refund since one part was not available but they offered me a discount on that part. My one issue is that I do not wan Mile High Glass Pipes showing up on my bank statement. I prefer a little more discretion.

I bought a glass water pipe on sunday 3/14/2021 and paid for priority mail shipping and it has still not been received by USPS...Label created but Item yet to come in...I've emailed multiple times asking about the status and have heard nothing in return. Its now Friday 3/19/2021...i want my money back now!

I ordered a bong on 1/21 and it is now 2/2 and i haven’t received anything and it says that UPS hasnt received the package yet either I have already spoken to someone who had to refund me for my 3 day shipping because it hadnt came and he said it would be here by today and still nothing I am LIVID and want a FULL REFUND

The Christmas present was a hit. Ninja Turtles rule, so did the Ninja Turtle pipe I gave my son for Christmas. I love the selection of everything. I'll be shopping here again. Thank you.

I’m not sure if this is a legit site or not but here is my experience. Last Wednesday morning I ordered an item. At 10:15pm Thursday I received an email saying my item was oversold and they could give me a gift card or a full refund. I replied back the next morning at 6am (which was New Year’s Day, but being retail figured they would be open). No response. Saturday I found a customer service number through their Facebook. When I called it no one answered, but what was odd was there were 3 options (wholesale, online orders, customer service), all 3 of them at the end of the ringing said this voicemail has not been set up. At this point I feel I have been had. I asked for a refund,l via email , they only refunded me the amount for the item, not the cost of shipping. When I reached back out to them again, they said they already purchased a first class package and couldn’t refund me( on an item they were unable to fulfill). All of these things make this site seem very sketchy, I’m now having to dispute this with my credit card company.

I've been using mhgp for a few year's now, and you guys always have good quality pipes and pretty great prices. From personal use to gifts for friends, I'd hands down pick mhgp for any occation!

Been waiting 2 weeks since the package “shipped”

It is a beautiful piece of art. However, not very usable. Very narrow and small capacity for water. Looks pretty on the shelf, though.

This company is comitted to give you excellent service. I had a problem with an order and I did not contact them directly to fix the problem but they took the time and made my order right and did it during Covid-19 and Christmas all within 3 days. I believe what they say about there dedication to please the customer.

I give the one star because I don’t like the product, I tried it twice, doesn’t work as I expected. I would like to return the item I don’t even mind if the money is given as a credit, I just don’t like it and it will sit not being utilized.
