Just a few lines to say a huge thanks to Andy, Tim and the team at Miles Kingsport.

I first visited the dealership before I’d even started lessons and clearly not in a position to buy and yet Andy talked me through a number of different bikes. No sales pressure.

Having passed my test I couldn’t decide between the Hornet and the NC750X so Tim took me on a demo ride with both bikes. Again, no pressure to buy.

In the end I opted for the NC750X which I collected today.

I highly recommend this dealership and will certainly be using them for servicing and accessories too.

I couldn’t be happier with the purchase of my GL1800 DCT from Miles Kingsport. From the initial contact to get a part exchange price through Autotrader to the delivery of the bike, everything was handled professionally. I rode down to the shop early on Saturday which was 2 hours away to be greeted by Andy who offered me a coffee and showed me around the bike as it was being prepared in the workshop. It was agreed that it would be delivered on Monday and the deal was done. The bike arrived in the safe hands of Andrea who again was very friendly and professional and ensured it was handed over with the documents and keys taking my part exchange away with her. The whole process was amazing thank you.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!

I recently purchased my Honda Fireblade from Miles Kingsport, and the whole experience was absolutely superb. Lee, who handled the sale, was fantastic from the very start — knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. He took the time to go through everything in detail, kept me updated throughout the process, and made the handover an absolute pleasure. Including Flowers to soften the blow to the woman who gave the go ahead 😁 This is my second bike from here.

It’s not often you find a dealership that delivers this level of genuine customer care, but Miles Kingsport and Lee really went above and beyond. I’m over the moon with my Fireblade and can’t thank them enough for making the experience so enjoyable and straightforward. Just gutted I missed the all new Flagship Honda brand by a few days.
