Knowledgeable and professional service
We had very little in the way of fixed ideas when we came in, just a few vague thoughts. Suzanne was very patient and quickly understood what we were looking for. She spent ages trying to hone our choices and we ended up with a great sounding venue in Sicily.

Marie at the Bath location is really helpful and patient (as I had a long list of wants) in finding the ideal holiday package that checks off pretty much every box. Marie is very well-travelled and can make recommendations based on experience rather than glossy reviews!
