Miles Morgan Travel - Cirencester Avis 

The special Viking presentation was excellent, followed swiftly the following day by an email from the Miles Morgan rep, Kate. We visited the store and booked a holiday.

Warm welcome from Kate Taylor in Cirencester, who was able to recall our booking a year ago. Kate understood our requirements and sent us 3 options to look at. Returned to MMT 2 days later to conclude the deal! The only shame was a substantial increase in price in those 2 days but probably Iran war effect.

Alison at Cirencester and the team were amazing!!! So helpful and full of advise and recommendations. Enjoyed the whole holiday booking experience. It was fun, exciting and really enjoyable from start to finish. The team have a great sense of humour and immediately made us feel at ease. After booking holidays for the last few years online, this was our first experience booking via a travel agent and we both said “why haven’t we done this before”. We loved the face to face contact and felt like we were valued customers rather than just another booking number and email address. Highly recommend
