An phone enquiry to Miles Morgan resulted in a quick response with research done to give me options for a trip.
This was followed up with an advisor appointment who scrutinised the deals, made all the arrangements, booked flight seats and negotiated an on-line discount.
Good, old fashioned, personal service with a coffee as well.
