Friendly knowledgeable team, booked just what we wanted

Excellent service and customer care. Staff extremely helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. They are highly experienced with a very high level of expertise and professionalism. As a result we have booked excellent holidays with them and return time after time. They organise all the travel arrangements competently and make the whole booking process stress free. Would highly recommend.

Went in on a whim, and booked a £12000 holiday!
Amanda was very helpful, showing me what options were available as a single traveller, and talking to the holiday companies concerned to query different aspects of the accommodation, travel etc.
Now I just have to arrange the insurance!
It would have been helpful if I could have delayed 24 hours, to see exactly what insurance cover was available. However that wasn’t possible so I’m hoping it’s not so expensive that it makes the holiday unrealistic.

Abigail was so helpful in the way we approached the complexity of modern travel requirements, for us old travellers.
She went over and above any help I needed, unfortunately I have had to cancel my trip as it became too much complexity for this senior person.

We wanted something special and memorable to celebrate our 25th weddimg anniversary. Abi offerred us some great options and opened us up to places we'd not previously considered. She was patient with us as we flitted around and nothing was too much trouble. Went away with several options but decided on the river cruise that Abi first suggested! Excellent service with lots of choice and very happy outcome. Our friends reccomended us to MM. We'll now be doing the same with other friends.

Our experience with Miles Morgan was particularly positive during the booking of our holiday. Jenny and I had previously visited two other well-known travel agents to book a cruise for Jenny’s retirement after 40 years of service as an NHS nurse. We were nearly ready to abandon the process and visit Mile Morgan travel agents in Clevedon.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Judi who offered us a hot coffee. We had numerous questions which she answered with confidence and a comprehensive understanding of cruise ships and their offerings. There was no pressure to make a decision or sign a contract.

We informed Judi that we would return the following day. She informed us that it was her day off and gave us her business card before departing.

Later that evening we contacted Judi via email and were surprised to receive a prompt response. The following morning we returned to the Miles Morgan office in Clevedon to book our cruise with Abigail, another member of the team who was equally competent.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for their assistance and look forward to booking our next holiday with Miles Morgan.

Phoned up to enquire about the TUI black Friday discount for a TUI river cruise. Spoke to Abigail who was extremely helpful & very friendly . She looked up the cruise we were interested in & told us the price with the discount which we were very happy with so we asked her to book it for us there & then. Abigail was very helpful talking us through the deposit payment process over the phone & very patient whilst my wife was paying the deposit.

We booked an appointment with Amanda for 10:30hrs, appointment on time and we were welcomed with a lovely Cuppa. I had already informed Amanda what we were looking for so she was able to do some research before we arrived. Amanda was very knowledgeable for our requirements and was able to give some useful tips and work within our budget to find the best possible Cabin location for our Cruise. Very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. We visited the Clevedon shop and enquired about a holiday in Canada. The member of staff who helped us had just returned from Canada and was very helpful and friendly. She gave us some brochures and we made an appointment for two weeks later. When we arrived she was waiting for us and took great care in itemising our holiday plans to exactly what we wanted.
