We booked our cruise at the MM South West Cruise event in Cheltenham. The combination of cruise line employee/expert alongside a Miles Morgan representative worked really well. Alvita from MM Clifton was excellent. Very informative and helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very impressed!

I booked a holiday to Japan for myself and my son.I had done a bit of research but it was all over whelming.I received some great advice and responses to all my queries very quickly and also reassurance around some of my apprehensions such as connecting flights etc.

Felt treated as individuals
Our Adviser Alison was extremely friendly and welcoming. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and made several suggestions- not just focusing on the most expensive options which we appreciated. She seemed very knowledgeable of the destination we had chosen and as a result of her help we made a choice. We felt under no pressure to choose and now look forward to working with her to prepare for our trip. A really personal experience and we would definitely recommend to others
