River cruise booking
Leyanne was very helpful in booking the river cruise. There was a slight doubt from the fravel company about flight availability and even when confirmed online, Leyanne called the company to double check and called me to let me know all was ok. Thank you for your efficient service.

Lydia from the Gloucester branch was so helpful and asked us many questions about what we were actually looking for and delivered on what we wanted. As I am not really very comfortable with online & not having at home facilities for printing and laptop etc it was reassuring that this would all be taken care of by their experts in the agency.
