Emma from Miles Morgan (Nailsworth) was so helpful, professional & efficient when booking our holiday.
Much less stressful than fishing for flights or ferries, then searching for separate accommodation.

Excellent customer service.
Claire in the Nailsworth branch was knowledgeable, cheerful and very accommodating. Took her time to explain things. Sorted Turkey activity holiday, booked seats, reserved a hotel at Gatwick. Easy parking in Morrisons carpark making the shop easily accessible.

Ema the lady who attended the 3 of us was amazing she listened to all wants and needs. She never once tried to sell us anything we didn't want. She acted with true professionalism and waited until we understood everything about the holiday.would definitely recommend miles & Morgan. Will use again no question.

Claire as usual was amazing . She made the experience of booking our Golden Wedding Cruise really special and her tips were invaluable.
