Ease of use! Products are easy to use with clear instructions. Does not take a lot of time, which is important to me, considering my busy schedule. Skin feels softer. I like the daily scan to see what areas I may need to focus on, or change up what I'm doing as directed by the scan results.
Super easy process! The custom formulas have been amazing for my skin. The report was so detailed and helpful for my routine. I will for sure be reordering!

I really like the moisturizer and I’ve been using it for about three months now. I was skeptical about the testing system but something is working. The moisturizer bottle lasts more than a month for me. I’m generally very pleased and will continue to use it.

I suffered from eczema throughout my childhood on my palms and soles. As I grew up it surfaced again on my lips. Steroids that semi-worked on my hands can’t be used on my lips as they would thin my skin. I tried so many different creams but nothing truly got rid of the permanent dryness. I finally tried milieu and they designed a personalized cream for me. Within weeks my lips were clear and not cracked at all. I’m so grateful for this. Beyond the actual cream, I learned so much about underlying reasons why my eczema flares, and it all felt super unique to me. Grateful.
