Over many small orders of items they've been superb. I recommend them completely. Some very good unusual items here too. Just ordered again a few T shirts.

Very bad service.
I bought pair of German army boots and they had a fault inside that making no able to wear it, when rang them, they ask me to send email and they respond was I need to send them back for investigation but they will not refund it or send replacement until investigation is finish (no time frame given) and they stop reply for my emails.
Not impressed at all!

Bought a pair of mil-tec boots six months ago both have split and water just pours in .
I returned them expecting a refund as they were sold as German army mountain boots.
They have said “normal wear and tear “

The combat trousers you supplied have, been utter crap! After just two washes the colour faded and the previous yellow colour the started to show through making the black look a dirty grey. They are now unusable as part of my uniform. Having worked in the textile industry as a dyer I know this is common place practice and perfectly acceptable so long as it is done correctly. Not only is the fabric poorly dyed but thin. This does call into question the validity of the reviews received.

Customer Service from Military Kit was Outstanding. I had an order where unfortunately the courier company made a complete hash of - MK made numerous phone calls to try and sort the issue for me - really putting the customer first. Would 100% buy from them again.

I've used several websites for buying military and outdoor gear and clothing, but I always go to Military Kit first and order from them when possible. I've ordered jumpers, base layers, gloves, a hat and a backpack so far, and all of them arrive very quickly and are invariably high quality and just as described on the website (as an internet copywriter myself I appreciate accurate and informative product descriptions). The only time it went awry was when the hat I ordered ended up going to somewhere totally different before being redirected and getting to me, however I don't believe that was the fault of the site, and their customer service was extremely helpful and quick to respond when I contacted them about it.

If you need anything in a military surplus/outdoor gear vein I definitely recommend you check this site first.

Fleece arrived quickly, a little short but other reviews also mentioned that - the neck is very wide even when fully zipped up and lets the cold wind through so warmth is let down. Otherwise good fit and good value for the money.

Amazing customer service, Helen is a star.
I had been trying to get an MTP smock for my sons cadets. Having tried 2 other suppliers I got one from Miltary Kit. Sadly it had a rip in it. Emailed with a picture and within the hour it was agreed a replacement would be sent.
This was a christmas present and it arrived Christmas Eve in the evening.
All businesses make errors but it is the way they deal with them which makes the difference.

Snugpak Merino Wool Socks - Simply the best 3 season socks you'll ever buy at a fair price!
Simply put these Snugpak socks are amazing, will keep your feet toasty when you need them to, stay warm even when wet. Great wicking properties.
They also feel super soft and comfy.
DO read the washing instructions, these are a wool product so don't like a wash over 30 or tumble drying!!
I walk a lot, and these socks are comfy and yet durable. Now added yet another pair to my collection.

PS these socks come as 9-13 so are a perfect fit for those of us with non-standard feet.

Beware of ordered from these. Their sizes are just so wrong. Ordered three times from them and every time the sizing has been way way off. Order a kids jacket and it fitted me and I’m an adult. It was like a large for a men’s size. Then they blame me for not looking at the size chart. I did look and checked my son. So was a bit annoyed when I was refused my delivery charge back to them. Won’t use again due to their Bizarre sizing.

The very best customer service. I purchased a jumper and ordered the wrong size (all my fault). Contacted them and immediate reply. Easy process and rapid refund of the returned item. Will use them again - and they are great value too

Military kit , Good value and quality products I have brought. They ran out of the colour trousers clips they gave me a call and sorted another colour out. Grate customer service really friendly. Will be buying from them again and will be recommending too.

I also ordered a back pack, but sadly the couriers let us all down. BUT, Helen probably the best customer service girl in Christendom, persistently chased them through to when they agreed they had let us down and refunded cost. So big thank you to Helen and her team, and what can I say, 5* is not nearly enough, the quality of service and products is fantastic, if only all online shops were as easy to deal with.
