Excellent work, we went through a house fire earlier this year, and this team of builders have worked excellently with my case and I am very pleased with the result. Big shout out to Dan, Jacko, Chris, Rich, and the plummer and electrician (I am terrible with names) Very professional, respectful and polite bunch. Absolutely outstanding team. Thank you Mill Lock.

Martin and the team came to us at the worst time in our lives following a storm flooding our entire house.
Sarah was amazing- kept me informed at every stage and helped me make the choices and decisions at the right times, keeping me updated on costs and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors with a calm and patient approach to keep the job on track.She took a huge weight off our shoulders .
Each and every one of the mill lock team treated our home with as much care and respect as if it was their own .
The standard of workmanship in every area is second to none- nothing was too much trouble.
We are forever grateful to Sarah ,Martin and the whole team for giving us back a beautiful home.

Mill Lock Construction and there team did a fantastic professional job rebuilding my home which suffered flooding late last year. The standard of work was second to none, I would recommend them to anyone, there attention to detail was outstanding

Martin, Sarah and Daniel at Mill Lock Construction have been fantastic. It was incredibly stressful when we found that a burst pipe had caused our kitchen ceiling to collapse and wrecked our kitchen and damaged the conservatory. As soon as Mill Lock were appointed by the insurance adjustor Martin called us to talk through what was to be done and guided us through any decisions we needed to make. From that point on they removed all the stress and their work has been first class. Totally professional, I'd highly recommended them.

Dads house was flooded in October 2023, Mill Lock Construction were appointed by the insurers to complete the restoration work. It was a complete renovation in the downstairs of the house and outside work too. We are extremely pleased with the end result, your attention to detail, communication and advise throughout the whole process. I know there were many involved in the work so please pass on our thanks, especially Sarah for your regular and prompt reply to emails Martin and Daniel for carrying out the work.

Having just completed a large insurance related project for us I'm happy to say Mill Lock have been excellent, the quality of the workmanship is second to none but moreover the planning, communication and customer service they give are exemplary. Mill Lock have recently just finished an insurance claim on a rental property which had suffered heavy fire damage. The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally with fantastic communication and workmanship throughout. The property was finished to a very high standard and Martin advised me each step of the way on the best options and i would not hesitate to recommend Mill Lock to anyone, a true 5 star company!!!
