Your employer Jamie Bale came twice to help with my mice problem -very helpful pleasant man. Last visit on 1/4/26. He gave me tips on how to stop them returning.

Very punctual. The chap who came was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Most of the bed bugs were gone after the first treatment so hopefully will be fully eradicated after second treatment.

After attempting to source and bait ourselves, we gave up and contacted Millenium Pest Control. They came out the next day, surveyed, laid bait and offered proofing advice.
Their 6 week programme gave us confidence that the treatment was working. Within 3 weeks no more signs of rodent activity, just had our final visit and all clear given.
All the operatives have been friendly and efficient, arrived when they said they would, the customer service team have called prior to each appointment to check and confirm date and time.
I would highly recommend them.

The lines of communication were excellent throughout: clear, effective and sympathetic. On site the pest controllers were always on time, polite and helpful. They really knew what they were doing and were keen to get things sorted with minimum fuss and alarm.
