Ok. So the purchase of my Bentley was pretty flawless. HOWEVER, I will never go back for purchase or service. There were two issues with the car and the service department denied any problems. I finally brought it to another Bentley dealer who immediately agreed that these issues are valid and they will fix them right away, no charge. Second, there was a small ding on the lift gate ( my fault). They "fixed" it by using a suction device which did NOT repair the ding completely. I called them out on this and the response was, "It's the best we can do." I stated that this is Bentley. No matter, they only offered a replacement...cost was $30,000. So I have to live with a poor repair. I'm NEVER returning. Not for service or purchase. Buyer beware!!!

I recently bought a Maserati Grantourismo from Ismail Ahmed. I reached out on a day they were closed, and he answered my questions with 1 hour. Subsequent questions were always answered within 15 minutes. I received a fair trade for my car and delivery of my 2018 Maserati was above what I expected. I live 3.5 hours away and would do business with Ismail and Miller Motorcars again.
