Prodotti che arrivano dalla Cina, trovati su Temu con un prezzo nettamente inferiore. Una vera e propria truffa!

Dopo un mese sono arrivati e sono vestiti presi da temu e rivenduti il doppio del prezzo, oltre tutto con le etichette cucite al contrario !
da segnalare anche sui social.

È passato quasi un mese e l' articolo non è ancora arrivato.

I ORDERED MORE THAN 300 EUROS OF CLOTHING, OBVIOUSLY I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS CHINESE FABRIC AND CLOTHES AT ALL, BUT IT WAS WRITTEN FROM HOLLAND... NOW IF YOU GO TO THE SITE THERE IS NO INFORMATION WHERE THE CLOTHING ITEMS COME FROM. I GOT A BAG AT SHEIN LEVELS WITH ALL CHINESE LABELS NOT EVEN SIGNED MILIONGLAM. POOR QUALITY FOR AN ABSURD PRICE. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY ANYMORE! CHINESE SERIES!

It is a scam!!!!!! The fabrics are terrible and you can not contact them! There is no way you can talk to them. Be careful! I tried to send a message but it does not allow you to send it. They do not explain any return policy and it is mandatory by law.

I believe it's a web-scam: my mother has ordered some clothes for my baby and, while on the website it is written that the delivery takes 12-15 days, the clothes arrived 1 month and a half after the payment. They claim that their clothes are realized in cotton but I translated the chinese label and I discovered that the material is polyester/acrylic. Finally, I've never received some articles.

Die Ware ist minderwertig und billig. Zu allem hin wurde mir ein falscher Artikel gesendet. Den bestellten Artikel habe ich nie erhalten, geschweige den bezahlten Betrag zurückerstattet bekommen. Grenzt an Betrug. Hände weg von dieser Firma!

TEMU precies dezelfde kleding! Heb daar besteld voor een fractie van de prijs!

I requested a refund of my money and return the goods, to which they answered that they could only provide a voucher or send me a new suit. I agreed to a new suit, I thought there would be a free return of the old suit. But they send me that I must return this cheap suit at my own expense to China, where shipping is expensive from Belgium. And fulfill a bunch of conditions, prove that the product is not worth the money, wait until it reaches China, then wait for this new suit !Why doesn’t anyone report them to the police! This is a blatant scam! They are deceiving people!

Achtung, ⚠️ Betrug. Die Klamotten sind aus billige Stoff und extrem zu groß und nicht schön wie auf dem Bilder, man kann die Ware nicht retournieren und sehr schlechte Kunden Service . Einfach Geldverschwendung

The terms and conditions on the website mention 10-12 days deliver to Europe,
On 17.02.2024 I contacted the shop asking for my purchase,
The answer was:
“ Hello Tamara,
because of the high demand your package will take a bit longer than usually.
We are sorry about that!”
On 21.04.2024:
“sometimes there are unexpected conditions that all companys have to deal with.
Thats why we told you it will arrive later than usually.
We can refund your shipping fees”

Today is 29.02.2024 and parcel tracking shows that the package is still in China…
I absolutely hate shopping with these guys and recommended to avoid.
They also refuse to provide me with a return label.

Richtig schlecht!! Aufpassen es ist auch irgendwo Betrug. Alle Baby Klamotten sind reduziert, somit beruft sich die Seite darauf, dass Man kein Widerrufsrecht hat! Also kann man die Sachen nicht retournieren!

Klamotten viel viel zu groß… Mützen können einem 5 jährigen aufgesetzt werden, obwohl es größe 68 sein sollte.

item i received not in line with the online presentation (it looked like used, with a stan on the fabric and with bad sewing).
I am in contact with their customer service: they don't reimburse neither able to find a solution. still waiting for a response from them. I will probably raise a claim to local authorities for online scam if they can't solve the issue quickly

Schrecklicher Kundenservice - die reagieren entweder zu langsam oder gar nicht. Lassen nicht zu, das man seine defekte Ware zurück schickt oder grundsätzlich irgendwas. Zudem ist die Qualität mangelhaft und die Größen fallen komisch aus - nie wieder.

Δεν θα ξαναπαραγγειλω ΠΟΤΕ από αυτή την εταιρεία! Λυπάμαι! Έχω παραγγείλει απο της 21 Νοεμβρίου και ΔΕΝ έχω παραλάβει μέχρι σήμερα! Αν δεν μπορείτε να εξυπηρετήσετε τουλάχιστον να φτάνετε μέχρι εκεί που μπορείτε(??)!! Μην κουράζεται έτσι τον κόσμο που εχει ΠΡΟΠΛΗΡΩΣΕΙ κιολας!😡

I don't have a positive word to say about this. The baby clothes were delivered incomplete. The sizes are not correct and the quality of the fabrics is really substandard while there is also a strong chemical smell present in their clothing. They refuse to accept my return; which is outrageous. Never order from this website! I unfortunately did not read the previous reviews before ordering.

Finger weg!!!! Sehr unseriöse Seite man kann nicht mal die Ware zurück senden. Ware richt komplett nach Chemie und ist sehr billig verarbeitet Keine AGB's und Impressum!!!!

Die Ware war gebraucht und Etiketten abgeschnitten!! Vorsicht beim Kauf!
Der Kundenservice geht darauf nicht ein. Ich habe keine Erstattung bekommen obwohl ich danach verlangt habe und sogar Bilder der Ware eingereicht habe..
