Good quality cases and excellent support services.

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with this seller. I ordered a OnePlus 13 back cover on September 24th, and they ended up sending me a completely wrong product. When I contacted them for a replacement, they asked for an extra ₹100 delivery charge, even though the mistake was clearly theirs.

Their customer support is pathetic they take 3 days or more just to respond to a single email. After waiting for so long, they finally replied saying I should “choose another product to avoid the same issue again.” What kind of logic is that? I paid for a specific product, not for something else they want to push.

It’s been weeks now, no proper update, no refund, and no accountability. I’m completely fed up with their unprofessional service.

⚠️ My honest advice to others: Don’t buy anything from them. Their delivery, response time, and customer support are all a nightmare. Save your time, money, and patience go with a more reliable seller instead.

Fraudsters. They send bad quality products and when asked for refund, they pick the item but do not process the refund

Ive had a horrible experience with them where they gave me a wrong order. It took them close to 10 emails to collect it back and today it's been more than a month that I haven't got my replacement.
Their customer service is horrible. The double case was pathetic quality. And there is no one who has called me till date. I have sent close to 25 emails chasing them.

DO NOT BUY FROM Million cases

I brought a pixel 10. can cloud case from them. The product does not fit at all. Also does not have dual speaker grill. I immediately informed them via mail and I got response that they did do not give refund for COD delivery. In that mail they let me know that they have escalator it and someone will connect me. After that I have mailed them multiple time with no response. The phone number that is provided no one picks ece that up. I am sure this is a sunk cost for me. I suggest people to go for a renowned makers like Spigen or Ringke.

Update: Million Cases free followed up and took pain to pick up the case and promptly refund the full amount.

All these could have been updated if they have taken similar initiative at first go. I assume they are learning the ropes and will strive to be better organisation.

The website states that the material of all phone cases is a hard alloy exterior with a soft TPU material inside, this is NOT true. I placed 2 orders and received a cheap silicone case that is not as advertised or described on their website? I have emailed them but no response as of yet. Completely and utterly disappointing - why falsely advertise?
