I did not receive my order. I have emailed multiple times asking for a replacement or a refund.
There response is contact the delivery company as it shows the item delivered.
I have sent the delivery picture ftom Everi and a picture of were it should have been deliverd.
I would not order from them again.
The custermer service is awful.

If I çould put zero star I would.This company is disgusting. Bought a fan for £54.00 when it arrived so misleading wouldn't have paid a tenner .It says full refund available. It's a nightmare to send it to China. NATHAN IS TERRIBLE..IF THIS SITUATION NOT SORTED WILL GO TO MY BANK AS TOTAL.MISLEADING.P

I'd like to warn people from buying off this site, the items they are selling are really cheap not worth the money the quality is absolutely shocking I bought a aircon fan for £54 took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did I wouldn't of paid £10 for it really disappointed with the quality and size for the money. 30 day money back guarantee is worthless it comes from China you have to pay the postage for it to be returned which costs £26 and probably for them to say they haven't received it customer service is diabolical the correspondence with Nathan was a complete waste of time. Do not buy anything from these they give you address to send back then say don't send it to that address just go around in circles. And then they offer you what they think is a good will gesture of 10% off next order and I get to keep the fan absolutely will never buy from this site!

It is currently a heatwave in the UK and I was searching for a fan to purchase. Eventually I found one on this website. It was a decent price and said that it worked better than a floor standing fan so I bought one. That was my biggest mistake. This company did not communicate with me as to when it would be arriving, even though I asked on numerous occasions all they sent me was a link that told me absolutely nothing other than it was coming from China which I had no idea about! Had I have known I would not have bought it. The fan took close on four weeks to arrive. When it did arrive we picked it up, took it home, opened it and were absolutely gobsmacked. The quality of the product was appalling. The front was peeling away, the lid didn't fit at all, but beyond these it was no where near as effective as a normal fan, even though the description clearly said it was far superior!!!!

I recontacted Millra informing them of all of this and it too them a week to reply! When they did eventually come back they offered me a tiny 10% discount off the cost of the item or 15% if I reordered!! I definitely did not want to reorder anything and I went back with me feelings known. I was then told that if I returned it my expense then a full refund would be offered. As you can imagine shipping this back from the UK to China would know doubt cost a fortune but would also take a long time to get there! The products and the service from this company are extremely bad and this is backed up by other reviews, I should have read these before I made the purchase. Please do not buy from them. I am still fighting this!!

The fans were small, too loud and not giving out enough air. Isn't agreeing to a refund.
Never order from them again.

Took 3 weeks to arrive, came while I was out so courier took it and handed to another house with no explanation so thry opened it thinking it was their parcel....upon finally receiving item we found it to be a lot smaller than it appeared in pictures....and upon putting it to the test its nothing like it was described ...its around the size of a kettle and on full power it barely gives off any cold air at all...my oscillating fan * which cost half the price) cools better and quicker. After reading reviews I shan't even bother to request a refund but I will suggest NOT to buy these air coolers as they are cheap,tacky and totally rubbish, whole thing smacks on scammer vibes... zero stars warranted.

Ordered an air cooler. Arrived 3 weeks later. Photos on website misleading, item was the size of a kettle and very cheap feeling. Not worth the £54 I paid. Emailed for refund and Nathan was very unhelpful. Am trying to get a refund but they are making it very difficult. Correspondence on their side has stopped and it appears they are not going to refund. Please do not order anything from company. They are frauds and have no respect for their customers.

I ordered what I thought was an air con fan on the picture it looked a lot bigger than when it was delivered … what I got was a desk top fan made of cheap plastic the size of a kettle cost me £55 I asked for a refund and they keep sending me stupid emails offering 15% off … all I want is my money back do not buy from this company .

Horrible customer service. Very difficult to return items and get a refund.

Ordered the air conditioning fan with night light £54, took 3 weeks to arrive. Picture shown off the floor as an extra large fan, when it arrived it was about the size of an aerosol. I've tried to contact the number number not valid, sent an email no reply, no return sheet with packaging so I'm stuck with a fan that barely works, is really loud and is faulty and most importantly isn't as described. Brought a better fan for my grandson in Asda for £5!

After placing an order for a top on 23rd June 2026 I didn't then receive the goods until the 17th July 2026.

I received a tracking number after order but there were no updates until I chased their customer services multiple times to request an update on my order and they said they would investigate. At this point (over 2 weeks later) the product was still at the depot in China.

When I finally received the order the top didn't fit and I requested to return it. Upon this request their customer services have requested:
- 1-2 clear photos of the product
- A photo of the shipping label
- A short recorded video showing the item
- A brief description of the issue you are experiencing

Despite this very long delivery period which is far longer than stated on the company website and my request to return the item they have so far not offered a refund or told me how to return the item.

They have stated in their email that if I send the previously mentioned photo's and video they will "investigate further and work towards a resolution".

UPDATE 5th August:
Despite asking multiple times for a return address Nathan (customer service) hasn't sent me the information and has now stopped reply to my emails altogether. AVOID!!!
