I took a test, which was advertised as costing $1. I thought, sure, for a $1 why not. I paid through Google Play. I was subsequently charged $1.95 (not the agreed upon $1). I was annoyed but it wasn't worth the hassle of complaining for 0.95 cents. Then to my complete surprise 7-days later, with no heads up or agreement on my part, I am charged $59.95! I now have to go through VISA 's Disputes Department because I had agreed to paying for my $1 test. The company is an absolute scam. Stay away!

Well what can I say, I don’t recall any questionnaire from mindset, it was just an add on one of the games I play. I had reason on the 23/2/26 to check my bank and notice a $29.36 charge on my account from sOwl, not knowing who they were I did a search on my phone to see if I could find who they were being a US company it had to be online. I came up only with an email from 14/2/26 saying I’d made a purchase to download an app and 3 days later a weekly charge will be debited automatically weekly $29.36 WTF.
I have nit downloaded any apps or subscribed to sOwl I don’t know what company does offer. Reading reviews here apparently it’s a game.
I searched the apps first iOS and nothing there for them or mindtest. I recommend if you see the add keep your fingers if the screen and check your email fir the next few days if you don’t it will be $29.36 weekly and they don’t wish to return the funds.

please don't waste your time. it's a scam. they both mislead you with ambiguous information AND scam you of your money—if you pay for the result. i didn't fall for it ofc. i came straight to trust pilot. should have known these sketchy websites don't actually care for people's mental health lmao. they only want to rake the cash in.

The truth is, you’d get far more customers if you didn’t deceive and mislead people by wasting their time, only to spring a $1 charge at the end. I do have a dollar right now, but I refuse to give it to you. Instead, I’ll report your website and leave the negative review it deserves. You don’t get to play with people’s time like that.

Asked to do an IQ test on a random sponsored ad on Edge browser. Did it and to get the result asked to pay 1$. So I did. Received some results of 4 lines of text. (Oct 28th).
Today (Nov 4th) was billed US $ 24.99 thru Paypal. (Canadian $ 36.65) to be continued monthly. Cancelled forward payments and clicked the link on their invoice went to 404 Not found. Sent an email from their invoice to reverse the pmt. No contract was consented. Will await a response.

I wished there was a 0 star. And I wished I read the reviews before I took the test and paid. $9.99 Basically all the questions that was asked and your answers to them, this company report for assessment and results consist of all your answers and questions combine in paragraphs,
Here’re a fictitious example I’m using. Q&A “are you blue? “Yes”
Results: based on your answer, it’s states that you are blue. 🤷🏽‍♀️WTF!!!! I ALREADY KNOW THAT!!!!!! Tell me what I don’t know! NOTHING TO SEE HER PEOLE. They give ZERO NOOOOOO CLARITY! They leave you high n dry. Like criminals taking your money and run!!! Scam!!!!

I have a strong disdain for companies with shady practices. Imagine how many people that are seeking real help, only to be led to an end page of fraudulent activities. Sure, the low low price of “only” $4.99 is very tempting when seeking information that was promised. Not to mention, the .org site that this shady company put in work to obtain, just to lure the pockets of many, possibly, desperate folks. I obviously did not pay the fee, because it read scam all on the last page. Very little detail about the results you’ll get from taking the test. I’m more upset about wasting my time. Luckily, I had enough sense to go searching on this companies practices, and wa-lah! Landed me right to hundreds of others with the same sentiments. Do better!! And sorry for those who have lost/will lose their money to these scam artist! Yucky behavior.

SCAM. make you do a 15 minute test and only after do they then tell you you have to pay at the end of it.

If they can't be honest at the start about the paid service, you cannot trust the results. They are only going to bait you in further. Run, don't walk away!

As many have already stated, scam! No pay wall mention forcing you to go through the test, there is also a very long loading screen at the end (only one minute, but by no means should it be that long if they're using technology from the 2000s or newer).

No mention that there's a paywall to get your results until you've wanted your time completing the assessment.

This is exactly the sort of website and company that completely suck. There is no indication that this is a paid service at the beginning of the test, only after you’ve invested your 10 minutes do you get to the end with all the blah blah blah about how many people found the service amazing… And then it’s oh, you need to pay to get your results. Totally plays on peoples desire to get some genuine mental help. This kind of site should be banned.
