Pernille is a fantastic presenter. I've learned so much in the few sessions she has done for staff and volunteers at CCAR.

Penny is very informative and has the ability to present complex information simplistically so it is easily understood! She took the time to ask what specific topics would benefit our population and created a perfect interpretation of the topic (how trauma affects the brain). Following the presentation, participants vocalized their appreciation and knowledge gained!

Mind Blossom is an amazing mental health based organization. Recently, Dr. Pernille Yilmam facilitated a training to a small team of staff committed to serving youth/adolescents throughout the academic year as well as the summertime. That training was centered around adolescent development. Dr. Yilmam facilitated information on neurobiology so effortlessly in a way that those without formal training in the matter were still able to follow along and learn! Looking forward to more future collaborations with this organization.

Great material and awesome reenactments that helped me learn about the helpful steps to take when someone is in distress.

Much effort was put into incorporating comprehensive information from a diversity of professional providers as well as those with lived experience.

Pernille is WONDERFUL, she presented a workshop for a parent meeting of early education age group on eating disorders and young children. The parent meeting was very detailed and she was sensitive with the topic. She explained things in an easy way to understand and was available for questions and concerns. She is doing wonderful things and we are thankful for her outreach!

Dr. Bülow gave a guest lecture in my undergraduate course, and it was truly the highlight of the semester. She engaged the students with icebreakers and effortlessly got them talking about uncomfortable topics. In the words of my co-instructor participation was greater “on a logarithmic scale” for Dr. Bülow’s lecture. She is charismatic, relatable and understands the science deeply. I would recommend her and Mind Blossom to anyone.

The course has been one of the best I’ve had in my professional career. The pertinence, science-based approaches, appropriate content and warmth shown during the course has been estelar. I have recommended more people to get involved in Mind blossom’s courses and initiatives because it’s fantastic. Thank you for your work democratizing knowledge. It’s so much needed.

I’ve been working with Mind Blossom for a few months now. Very knowledgeable on the topic of eating disorders. I’ve accessed their training and would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more on this subject. Great content and delivery of this was brilliant! Very engaging and informative.
