I cancelled my free trial on the day I…

I cancelled my free trial on the day I got it, but they ended up charging me for a full year, at first transaction failed and I also emailed them to cancel it and not charge me for it as their is a mistake, I didn’t get a reply for a whole week and without any reconfirmation or anything I was charged for a full year and I’m not gonna even be using it and theres proof I emailed them before and no use of my account. I am still waiting for a response to get a refund. Please!

Free trial experience; used 400 credits and it failed to create a comprehensive mind map, it managed to create a visually nice mind map.

Good, but needs care.

Capable product, better than all others I have found. I make big diagrams and some of them were lost and credit was deducted.

My support tickets were lost. I am happy they have replied here, now things more streamlined.

If you noticed repeated credit usage, it might have happened if you were creating diagrams from a 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. In very long documents, the system sometimes reprocesses parts of the file instead of using the cached version. We’re already working on a fix so that credits are only used once for processing the document, not again during chat or refinements.

This Post is Not at all only for Promotion or for to get credits only. Seriously i must have to appreciate the efforts of mindmapai.app for sure by creating such a wonderfull app & website to the users who would like to increase their thoughts and productivity. have gone through many mind map sites before and i stuck here after finding this app. and wonderly it was free to use also for upto some extent without any unwanted ads or rubbish questions. And offcourse now i feel to take the premium member ship also for sure as i feel it was really worthy. although there was some minor changes need to do in their mindmap design section. but as of now it was excellent. and i will share some development ideas for them to make it much more better when they are welcome for it. anyways keep it up guys.
